Abstract

A modular heat exchanger for a sterilization equipment heat exchange system includes a tube body, a first cover plate, a second cover plate, and a plurality of inner tubes. The tube body has a first opening, a second opening, a first hole, and a second hole. The first cover plate has a plurality of first through holes penetrating the first cover plate. The second cover plate has a plurality of second through holes penetrating the second cover plate. The plurality of inner tubes are disposed inside the tube body corresponding to the plurality of first through holes and the plurality of second through holes. The number of inner tubes, first through holes, and second through holes is the same. Each inner tube corresponds to and communicates with one of the first through holes and one of the second through holes. The first hole, the tube body, and the second hole form a first flow channel. The first through hole, the inner tube, and the second through hole form a second flow channel. The first and second flow channels interweave within the tube body for heat exchange.

Claims

1. A modular heat exchanger for a sterilization equipment heat exchange system, applicable to a heat exchange system of a sterilization equipment, the modular heat exchanger of the sterilization equipment heat exchange system comprising: A pipe body having a first opening, a second opening, at least one first hole, and at least one second hole, wherein the first opening is formed at a first end of the pipe body, the second opening is formed at a second end of the pipe body, and the first hole and the second hole are formed in the pipe body; a first cover plate disposed at the first end and closing the first opening, wherein the first cover plate has a plurality of first through holes, and each of the first through holes penetrates the first cover plate; a second cover plate disposed at the second end and closing the second opening, wherein the second cover plate has a plurality of second through holes, and each of the second through holes penetrates the second cover plate; and a plurality of inner tubes disposed inside the pipe body corresponding to the plurality of first through holes and the plurality of second through holes, wherein the number of the plurality of inner tubes, the number of the plurality of first through holes, and the number of the plurality of second through holes are the same, and each inner tube corresponds to and communicates with one of the plurality of first through holes and one of the plurality of second through holes; The first hole, the tube body, and the second hole form at least one first flow channel, and the plurality of first through holes, the plurality of inner tubes, and the plurality of second through holes form a plurality of second flow channels. The at least one first flow channel and the plurality of second flow channels are interwoven within the tube body to facilitate heat exchange.

2. The modular heat exchanger of the sterilization equipment heat exchange system as described in claim 1, wherein the number of the at least one first hole is one, and the number of the at least one second hole is two.

3. The modular heat exchanger of the sterilization equipment heat exchange system as described in claim 2, wherein the first hole and the two second holes are respectively formed on opposite sides of the tube body.

A modular heat exchanger for a sterilization equipment heat exchange system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first hole is formed at a center point along a length direction of the tube, and the two second holes are symmetrical about each other along the length direction with respect to the center point.

5. A modular heat exchanger for a sterilization equipment heat exchange system as described in claim 2, wherein the distance between one of the two second holes is greater than half the length of one of the tubes.

The modular heat exchanger of the sterilization equipment heat exchange system as described in claim 1 further includes a first outer cover and a second outer cover, wherein the first outer cover is disposed on the side of the first cover plate away from the tube body, and the second outer cover is disposed on the side of the second cover plate away from the tube body.

7. The modular heat exchanger of the sterilization equipment heat exchange system as described in claim 6, wherein: The first outer cover has a first protrusion and a first connecting port. The first protrusion protrudes from the first outer cover in a direction away from the tube body, and the first connecting port is formed at the center of the first protrusion. The second outer cover has a second protrusion and a second connecting port. The second protrusion protrudes from the second outer cover in a direction away from the tube body, and the second connecting port is formed at the center of the second protrusion. A first gap exists between the first protrusion and the first cover plate, and a second gap exists between the second protrusion and the second cover plate, so that the first connecting port and the second connecting port communicate with the plurality of second flow channels through the first gap and the second gap.

A modular heat exchanger for a sterilization equipment heat exchange system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first cover plate further has a plurality of first screw holes, and the plurality of first screw holes are closer to the periphery of the first cover plate than the plurality of first through holes, and the second cover plate further has a plurality of second screw holes, and the plurality of second screw holes are closer to the periphery of the second cover plate than the plurality of second through holes.

A modular heat exchanger for a sterilization equipment heat exchange system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first outer cover further has a plurality of third screw holes, the number of the plurality of third screw holes being the same as the number of the plurality of first screw holes, and each of the third screw holes corresponding to one of the plurality of first screw holes for screws to pass through and be fastened; and the second outer cover further has a plurality of fourth screw holes, the number of the plurality of fourth screw holes being the same as the number of the plurality of second screw holes, and each of the fourth screw holes corresponding to one of the plurality of second screw holes for screws to pass through and be fastened.

10. A modular heat exchanger for a sterilization equipment heat exchange system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one first flow channel is for the flow of a liquid, and the plurality of second flow channels are for the flow of a gas.
