7. A safety hook with a steering ring as described in claim 1, wherein the steering head includes a pivot, a bearing and a support, the pivot passing through the ring, the bearing and the support and being coupled in the hook body, thereby enabling the ring to rotate relative to the pivot.
8. A safety hook with a steering ring as described in claim 7, wherein the pivot is a stud, one end of which abuts against the ring and the other end is screwed into the hook body.
9. A safety hook with a steering ring as described in claim 8, wherein the ring is provided with a groove, the hook body is provided with a second threaded hole, the ring is formed with a flange in the groove, the shaft has a head and a threaded portion, the head abuts against the flange, the threaded portion is screwed into the second threaded hole, and the bearing is mounted on the flange.
10. A safety hook with a steering ring as described in claim 7, wherein the support includes a base and a protruding ring connected to the base, the base abutting against the hook body and the protruding ring abutting against the bearing.
