Abstract
Claims
1. An expanded cable tray structure, comprising: A first component (10) having a first bottom wall (11) and a first side wall (12) orthogonally connected to the first bottom wall (11); and a second component (20, 20') having a second bottom wall (21, 21') and a second side wall (22, 22') orthogonally connected to the second bottom wall (21, 21'); wherein the first bottom wall (11) has a first step portion (13), the second bottom wall (21, 21') has a second step portion (23, 23'), the first step portion (13) is directly or indirectly joined to the second step portion (23, 23'), such that the first bottom wall (11) and the second bottom wall (21, 21') form a linear groove bottom wall (100) with an integrated structure, and the first side wall (12) and the second side wall (22, 22') are disposed opposite to each other; The surface of the bottom wall (100) of the cable tray that is close to the first side wall (12) and the second side wall (22, 22') is a flat surface.
2. The expanded cable tray structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first step portion (13) is formed on the surface (11a) of the first bottom wall (11) near the first side wall (12), and the second step portion (23, 23') is formed on the surface (21b) of the second bottom wall (21, 21') away from the second side wall (22, 22').
3. The expanded cable tray structure as described in claim 2, wherein the first segment (13) and the second segment (23, 23') are directly joined by a welding process to form the integrated structure.
4. The extended cable tray structure as claimed in claim 2 further includes an even number of extension plates (30), wherein each of the extension plates (30) has a third segment (31) on each of its opposite sides, and two of the third segments (31) are respectively joined to the first segment (13) and the second segment (23, 23') by a welding process, and the two third segments (31) are respectively formed on the edge of the same surface of the extension plate (30).
5. The extended cable tray structure as claimed in claim 2 further includes a plurality of extension plates (30), wherein each of the extension plates (30) has a third segment (31) on each of its opposite sides, and the two third segments (31) are respectively joined to the first segment (13) and the second segment (23, 23') by a welding process, and the two third segments (31) are respectively formed on the edges of the opposite two surfaces of the extension plate (30).
6. The extended trough structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein the extension plates (30) have the same or different widths extending between the first segment (13) and the second segment (23, 23').
7. The expanded cable tray structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first step portion (13) is formed on the surface of the first bottom wall (11) near the first side wall (12), and the second step portion (23, 23') is formed on the surface of the second bottom wall (21, 21') near the second side wall (22, 22').
8. The extended cable tray structure as claimed in claim 7 further includes an odd number of extension plates (30, 30'), wherein each of the extension plates (30, 30') has a third segment on each of its opposite sides, two of the third segments are respectively joined to the first segment (13) and the second segment (23, 23') by a welding process, and the two third segments are respectively formed on the edge of the same surface of the extension plate (30, 30').
9. The extended cable tray structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein the extension plates (30, 30') have the same or different widths extending between the first segment (13) and the second segment (23, 23').
10. The expanded cable tray structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sidewall (12) has a plurality of first ribs (121) disposed on the surface of the first sidewall (12) away from the first bottom wall (11) and parallel to the connection between the first sidewall (12) and the first bottom wall (11); the second sidewall (22, 22') has a plurality of second ribs (221) disposed on the surface of the second sidewall (22, 22') away from the second bottom wall (21, 21') and parallel to the connection between the second sidewall (22, 22') and the second bottom wall (21, 21').
11. The expanded cable tray structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first member (10) further comprises a first connecting plate (14), the first connecting plate (14) being orthogonally connected to the first side wall (12) and disposed opposite to the first bottom wall (11), and the second member (20, 20') further comprises a second connecting plate (24), the second connecting plate (24) being orthogonally connected to the second side wall (22, 22') and disposed opposite to the second bottom wall (21, 21').
12. The expanded cable tray structure as claimed in claim 11 further includes a cable tray cover plate (40) assembled to the first connecting plate (14) and the second connecting plate (24) such that the cable tray cover plate is disposed opposite to the bottom wall (100) of the cable tray.
