Abstract

A full-process woven fabric prototyping machine integrates warping, heddle threading, and weaving mechanisms onto a single machine. This allows for the completion of warping, heddle threading, and weaving operations on the machine using only one or more yarn cones, controlled by a computer. The full-process woven fabric prototyping machine enables the entire process from yarn cone to fabric to be completed on a single machine.

Claims

1. A woven fabric full-process sampling machine, comprising: A dozen prototypes; The sample making machine comprises: a yarn bobbin located at the rear end of the sample making machine and controlled by a computer; a yarn pressing device located at the front of the yarn bobbin and controlled by the computer; a heald frame located at the front of the yarn pressing device and controlled by the computer; a take-up shaft located at the front of the heald frame and controlled by the computer; a weft selection device located on one side of the heald frame and controlled by the computer; an interlocking device located at the front of the heald frame and controlled by the computer; and a take-up shaft located at the front of the interlocking device and controlled by the computer. When a yarn cone is placed on a yarn cone holder, the computer and the winding bobbin can be set and operated via a computer touch screen and a control panel, allowing the yarn inside the cone to be wound onto the bobbin, thus completing the warping operation. Next, one end of the warped warp sheet is fixed to the pressing device, and a threading hook is used to pass each warp yarn through the heddles on the heddle frame. Simultaneously, the threading hook is used to pass the yarn from the selvage device through the heddles on the heddle frame. Finally, all the warp yarns and the yarn from the selvage device are fixed together on the take-up shaft, thus completing the warping process. In the weft threading process, one or more weft yarn cones are placed on the weft yarn cone holder. Then, the yarn inside the cone is passed through the weft selection device. The computer touch screen and control panel are used to set the computer and operate the weft insertion device, the weft beater, and the take-up shaft. This allows the weft yarn to be inserted into the warp sheet by the weft insertion device and pushed to the set position on the warp sheet by the weft beater, achieving a tight interweaving of the weft and warp yarns. The weft yarns are then woven one by one. Finally, the fabric is wound onto the take-up shaft and cut off from the take-up shaft, thus completing the weaving process.

2. The woven fabric full-process sampling machine as described in claim 1, wherein the yarn-threading hook is a hand tool, which is a wire hook with a handle used to hook the yarn.

The woven full-process sampling machine as described in claim 1, wherein a groove is engraved on the take-up shaft, all the warp yarns and the yarns from the selvage device are placed into the groove, and then a piece of iron is used to press the warp yarns and selvage yarns into the groove and twist them to fix them in place.
