Abstract

This invention discloses a novel bath additive filter ball structure with slow-release and heat-insulating function, comprising: a filter ball shell with a plurality of pores formed on its surface; and a bath additive layer formed inside the filter ball shell, the bath additive layer mainly containing superabsorbent polymer and talc. This invention uses a specially designed filter ball shell to encapsulate the heat-insulating bath additive layer, allowing the components of the bath additive layer to be released into the ambient hot water through the pores of the filter ball shell. This prevents the hot water temperature from easily dissipating, achieving a prolonged warm bath while ensuring continuous heat dissipation.

Claims

1. A bath agent filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function, comprising: a filter ball shell with a plurality of pores formed on its surface; and a bath agent layer formed inside the filter ball shell, the bath agent layer mainly containing superabsorbent polymer and talc.

2. The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 1, wherein the superabsorbent polymer is a network sodium polyacrylate.

3. The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the bath layer further contains essential oils, pigments and bactericides.

4. The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 3, wherein the composition ratio of the bath layer is: 84 wt% superabsorbent polymer, 15 wt% talc, 0.9 wt% essential oil, 0.06 wt% pigment, and 0.04 wt% bactericide.

5. The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 4, wherein the bactericide in the bath layer is bis((dodecyl dimethyl)ethylene diammonium) bromide.

The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 1, wherein the filter ball shell system is a hollow structure, and the plurality of pores distributed on its surface allow hot water to penetrate into the interior, so that the hot water reacts with the bath layer.

The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 6, wherein the superabsorbent polymer of the bath layer absorbs water rapidly and expands in volume to produce a liquid gel when it comes into contact with hot water; the liquid gel is limited by the pores of the filter ball shell to produce a slow-release effect, so that the temperature of the hot water does not easily evaporate and achieve a heat preservation effect that maintains the heat for a long time.

8. The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 1, wherein the talc contained in the bath layer has the main function of providing the user with relief from heat, moisture removal and skin lubrication.

9. The bath filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 1, wherein the filter ball shell system is designed to be openable and closable to facilitate the refilling or replacement of the internal bath layer material after the bath layer is consumed.

The bath gel filter ball structure with slow-release heat preservation function as described in claim 7, wherein the liquid gel released from the filter ball shell can be used with anhydrous sodium sulfate after the consumer has finished using it, so as to restore the hot water that is in liquid gel form to a liquid state, thereby avoiding the problem of the bathtub or bath basin being difficult to clean.
