Abstract

This invention relates to a pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber, comprising: a body including a top cover, a pipe body, and a bottom pipe that are interconnected, the top cover and the bottom pipe being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the pipe body, the top cover, the pipe body, and the bottom pipe forming a chamber, the bottom pipe having a water inlet channel communicating with the chamber; and a buffer unit disposed within the chamber, the buffer unit including an elastic member and a piston member, the elastic member springing against the piston member and the top cover, the piston member being movable relative to the chamber.

Claims

1. A pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber, comprising: A body includes a top cover, a pipe body, and a bottom pipe that are interconnected. The top cover and the bottom pipe are respectively located on opposite sides of the pipe body. The top cover, the pipe body, and the bottom pipe together form a chamber. The bottom pipe is provided with a water inlet channel that connects to the chamber. A buffer unit is provided in the chamber and includes an elastic member and a piston member. The elastic member springs against the piston member and the top cover. The piston member can move relative to the chamber.

2. The pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner diameter of one of the top covers is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of one of the first ends of the tube body, the top cover is fitted onto the first end of the tube body, and the bottom tube is fitted onto a second end of the tube body.

3. The pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom pipe includes an expanding section, a contracting section and a water passage section that are interconnected, the contracting section being connected between the expanding section and the water passage section and contracting from the expanding section toward the water passage section, the contracting section having an inner conical surface in the chamber, the inner conical surface being adjacent to the water inlet channel, and the water passage section having the water inlet channel.

4. The pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as described in claim 3, wherein the piston abuts against the inner conical surface.

The pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the piston has a bottom end abutting against an inner conical surface of the bottom tube, and at least one overflow hole is formed between the bottom end and the inner conical surface of the bottom tube, and each overflow hole communicates with the chamber and the water inlet channel.

6. The pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as claimed in claim 5, wherein one of the bottom end of the piston member and the inner conical surface has at least one notch, and the at least one notch forms the at least one overflow hole between the at least one notch and the other.

7. The pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as claimed in claim 5, wherein a plurality of overflow holes are formed between the bottom end and the inner conical surface of the bottom tube, the piston defines a central axis, and the plurality of overflow holes are spaced apart around the central axis.

8. The pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as described in claim 1, further comprising a pressurized motor, a three-way pipe and a water inlet pipe, wherein a water inlet portion of the pressurized motor is connected to the water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is connected to a water supply source, the three-way pipe includes a first pipe section, a second pipe section and a third pipe section that are interconnected, the first pipe section is connected to a water outlet portion of the pressurized motor, the second pipe section is connected to the bottom pipe, and the third pipe section is connected to a water outlet pipeline.

A pressurized motor water hammer backwash absorber as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the piston has a receiving groove communicating with the chamber, one end of the elastic member is inserted into the receiving groove and springs against the piston, one end of the piston passes through the tube body, one outer diameter of the piston is slightly smaller than one inner diameter of the tube body, an overflow gap is formed between the piston and the tube body, the receiving groove, the tube body and the top cover constitute a chamber communicating with the chamber, and the overflow gap communicating with the water inlet channel, the chamber and the chamber.
