Abstract
Claims
1. A file processing system, suitable for use with a user terminal, comprising: a storage unit storing: a file database containing multiple file records, each file record containing a metadata portion containing node information indicating one of a plurality of process nodes; and a processing unit electrically connected to the storage unit and adapted to be electrically connected to the user terminal; the processing unit being configured to: upon receiving a reference data setting request transmitted by the user terminal containing multiple setting data records, perform a file filtering process according to the reference data setting request, wherein... These configuration data respectively indicate multiple specified process nodes among the specified process nodes, and also collectively indicate a sequential relationship between these specified process nodes. The file filtering process includes: selecting a target file that meets the matching condition from the file data in the file database according to a matching condition corresponding to each configuration data, wherein, for each file data, the matching condition includes: the process node indicated by the node information of the file data matches the specified process node indicated by the configuration data; merging the target file data according to the sequential relationship between the specified process nodes to generate a process reference data that presents the target file data in the sequential relationship; and outputting the process reference data to the user terminal.
2. The document processing system as described in claim 1, wherein the metadata portion of each document data further includes product information indicating one of a plurality of product features; one or more additional condition setting data in the setting data further indicate a specified product feature among the product features; and for each document data, the matching condition corresponding to each additional condition setting data further includes: the product feature indicated by the product information of the document data matches the specified product feature indicated by the additional condition setting data.
3. The file processing system as described in claim 2, wherein, Each product characteristic is one of the following: product identification information, product type, product version, applicable legal provisions, and applicable risk control rules.
4. The file processing system as described in claim 2, wherein the metadata portion of each file data further includes file information indicating one of a plurality of file attributes; one or more additional condition settings in the setting data further indicate a specified file attribute among the file attributes; and for each file data, the matching condition corresponding to each additional condition setting data further includes: the file attribute indicated by the file information of the file data matches the specified file attribute indicated by the additional condition setting data.
5. The file processing system as described in claim 4, wherein, Each file attribute consists of one of the following: a file version identifier, a browsing permission setting, a management unit identifier, an applicable region identifier, and a file validity period.
