Abstract

This invention relates to a full-view optical inspection lens module, comprising a multifocal mirror and at least one reflective structure. The reflective structure is disposed around the multifocal mirror to receive light reflected from the lateral region of the object under test and guide the light to the multifocal mirror. Through the refraction or focusing effect of the multifocal mirror, the lateral light and the light from the upper surface of the object under test can be jointly projected onto the same image sensing element at a fixed position, so as to obtain a full-view image of the object under test in a single image capture, including a top-view image portion and a lateral image portion. This invention can be applied to electronic component inspection, semiconductor packaging inspection, biological inspection, microfluidic inspection, and other optical inspection equipment that requires simultaneous observation of the upper surface and lateral structures.

Claims

1. A panoramic optical inspection lens module, comprising: A multifocal mirror; And at least one reflective structure is disposed around the lower surface of the multifocal mirror; The reflective structure has an incident surface and a reflective surface for receiving incident light from the lateral region of the object under test. The reflective surface changes the propagation direction of the incident light, so that the reflected light passes through the multifocal mirror and is projected onto an image sensing element at a fixed position. This allows the image sensing element to acquire a full-view image of the object under test in a single image capture. The full-view image includes an upward image portion and at least one lateral image portion.

5. The all-view optical inspection lens module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the prism comprises a plurality of segmented prisms arranged at intervals between each other.

6. The all-view optical inspection lens module as requested in claim 1, wherein the incident light system is less than 45 degrees relative to the horizontal plane.

7. The all-view optical inspection lens module as requested in item 4, wherein the lateral image portion is ring-shaped.
