Abstract
Claims
1. A fume removal and deodorization purification device, comprising: a pyrolysis gasification furnace; an oil and odor removal filtration unit, wherein a plurality of partitions are provided inside to define a plurality of interconnected processing sections, each processing section storing an absorbent liquid; wherein, The plurality of partitions are each provided with a connecting channel for specific fluids to flow across zones, and an oil drain connector for discharging surface oil is provided on the outer side of one of the processing zones. An odor-removing filter is installed at one of the connecting channels. A flue gas inlet pipe is connected between the pyrolysis gasifier and the odor-removing filter unit to guide the oily fumes generated by the pyrolysis gasifier into the odor-removing filter unit. A liquid circulation unit draws the absorbent liquid from the odor-removing filter unit and, after passing it through an impurity filter, delivers it to a plurality of spray assemblies located in the plurality of processing zones. The plurality of spray assemblies spray atomized absorbent liquid from top to bottom toward each of the processing zones. An electric heating smoke and odor removal furnace, the air inlet of which is connected to one of the processing sections of the oil and odor removal filter unit, the electric heating smoke and odor removal furnace uses electrical energy to generate high temperature to heat the residual smoke passing through for high-temperature smoke and odor removal; and an exhaust power unit connected to the electric heating smoke and odor removal furnace, which drives the entire equipment to be in a negative pressure suction state and guides the purified gas through an air filter before being discharged.
2. The oil fume and odor removal purification device as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of partitions inside the oil fume and odor removal filter unit includes a first partition and a second partition, and the plurality of processing sections includes a first oil odor absorption area, a second oil odor absorption area and an independent air chamber; the connecting channel near the upper end of the first partition is a gas-liquid connecting port, and there is a bottom gap between the first partition and the bottom surface of the oil fume and odor removal filter unit so that the bottoms of the first oil odor absorption area and the second oil odor absorption area are interconnected.
3. The oil fume and deodorization purification device as described in claim 2, wherein the connecting channel near the upper end of the second partition is an air vent, the deodorizing filter is fitted to the air vent, and there is a bottom gap between the second partition and the bottom surface of the oil odor removal filter unit so that the bottom of the second oil odor absorption area is connected to the bottom of the independent air chamber.
4. The oil fume removal and deodorization purification equipment as described in claim 2, wherein the oil drain connector is installed on the outer side of the front of the oil fume removal and deodorization filter unit, and the installation height of the oil drain connector corresponds to the bottom edge height of the gas-liquid communication port.
5. The oil fume and odor removal purification device as described in claim 2, wherein the liquid circulation unit includes a hydraulic pump, a first water supply pipe connected to the bottom of the oil fume and odor removal filter unit, and a second water supply pipe, and the impurity filter is connected in series to the second water supply pipe.
6. The oil fume removal and deodorization purification device as described in claim 5, wherein the plurality of spray components includes a plurality of first diversion manifolds disposed on the first oil odor absorption zone and a plurality of first atomizing nozzles disposed below thereon, and a second diversion manifold disposed on the second oil odor absorption zone and at least one second atomizing nozzle disposed below thereon, wherein the first diversion manifold and the second diversion manifold are both connected to the second water supply pipe.
7. The fume removal and deodorization purification equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the electric fume removal furnace has a spiral channel for supplying airflow to prolong the heating time and a high-power electric heating element inside.
8. The fume removal and deodorization purification equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the exhaust power unit includes a first exhaust pipe connected to the exhaust end of the electric heating fume removal furnace, an exhaust fan circuit, and a second exhaust pipe with the air filter installed at its end.
9. The fume removal and deodorization purification equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the top of the pyrolysis gasification furnace is provided with an openable or closable sealing cover.
10. The fume removal and deodorization purification equipment as described in claim 1, further comprising a main control panel for adjusting operating parameters, and a plurality of casters located at the bottom of the overall equipment.
