Abstract
Claims
1. A nozzle comprising: a tubular body having a proximal end, a distal end, an inner wall, a fluid channel defined between the proximal end and the distal end, an inlet formed on the proximal end and communicating with the fluid channel, and a spray port formed on the distal end and communicating with the fluid channel; and a helical guide structure disposed on the inner wall of the tubular body and extending helically from the proximal end to the distal end to surround the fluid channel; wherein a liquid is injected from the inlet into the fluid channel and passes through the helical guide structure, the helical guide structure imparting a rotational centrifugal force to the liquid, causing the liquid to diffuse outward when sprayed outward from the spray port.
2. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the helical guide structure is a helical protrusion disposed on the inner wall of the tubular body and extending helically from the proximal end to the distal end.
3. The nozzle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the spiral protrusion system is integrally formed on the inner wall of the tubular body.
4. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the helical guide structure is a helical groove formed on the inner wall of the tubular body and extending helically from the proximal end to the distal end.
5. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the helical guide structure is a helical coil fixed to the inner wall of the tubular body.
6. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the helical guide structure extends to the spray nozzle.
7. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spiral guide structure extends to the inlet.
8. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid is mixed with a gas before being injected into the fluid channel.
9. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the viscosities of the liquid is greater than or equal to 10,000 cps.
10. The nozzle as claimed in claim 8 further comprises: a connecting tube fixed to the proximal end of the tubular body and having a connecting channel, the connecting tube being configured to connect with a spray nozzle of a dispensing unit of a spraying apparatus, such that the spray nozzle communicates with the fluid channel through the connecting channel, the spraying apparatus being used to mix the liquid with the gas and inject the liquid mixed with the gas into the fluid channel through the dispensing unit.
11. The nozzle as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the outer diameters of the tubular body is less than or equal to 5 mm.
