Claims

1. An integrated motor drive structure, comprising: a housing; a bracket mounted on one side of the housing; a cover mounted on the bracket; a cooling channel disposed on and communicating with the bracket and the housing; a bearing housing disposed on the bracket; a groove disposed on the bearing housing; a stator, a rotor, and a spindle, sequentially mounted in the housing from the outside to the inside; a sealing ring disposed on the groove; a bearing mounted on the bearing housing, the bearing contacting the sealing ring; a deflector mounted on the end of the spindle located on the bracket side; a heat insulation plug disposed adjacent to the deflector; and a waterproof cover and a transistor disposed between the heat insulation plug and the cover; wherein... The sealing ring is fitted between the outer ring of the bearing and the bearing housing; the heat insulation plug is sealed between the waterproof cover and the bearing to separate the back of the waterproof cover from the cavity space inside the motor.

2. The integrated motor drive structure as described in claim 1, wherein the sealing ring keeps the outer ring of the bearing from contacting the bearing housing when the radial force borne by the bearing is less than a preset deformation amount.

3. The integrated motor drive structure as described in claim 1, wherein the cooling channel is formed by the housing and the bracket being assembled and connected to each other.
