Abstract
Claims
1. A detection mechanism, comprising: A shell; Two sets of probe modules are disposed within the housing. Each probe module includes a probe, a guide, an adjustment member, and a spring. The guide is movably disposed within the housing. The probe extends from one end of the guide to the outside of the housing. The adjustment member is movably fixed to the periphery of the guide and controls the length of the spring sleeved around the periphery of the guide, so that the probes of the two sets of probe modules have a buffering effect when they are pressed into contact, thereby maintaining good electrical contact. A conductive sheet is fixed within the housing and keeps in contact with the outer walls of the two guides.
2. The detection mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the adjusting member is a C-shaped clamp and is secured with a fixing screw, the adjusting member can still move when clamped around the guide member, and is fixed in position after being locked by the fixing screw.
3. The detection mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the spring is distributed along the length of the guide member for at least 30 percent of the total length of the guide member.
4. The detection mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the spring is distributed along the length of the guide for at least fifty percent of the total length of the guide.
5. The detection mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conductive sheet is mounted in a swingable manner on the housing and maintains constant contact with the conductive outer wall of the guide.
6. The detection mechanism as described in claim 5, wherein a top member is provided inside the housing, which contacts the rear end of the conductive sheet after being locked, and the front end of the conductive sheet is locked inside the housing by a buffer spring and a second screw, wherein the buffer spring provides a movable gap for the front end of the conductive sheet, ensuring that the buffer spring applies pressure to the conductive sheet at any time and keeps the surface in contact with the top member and the outer walls of the two guide members.
7. The detection mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing component and a spacing adjustment component are respectively provided inside the housing, the fixing component is located at the rear end of the housing and restricts the tail end structure of the two guide members so that the guide members can move along an axial direction, and the spacing adjustment component is disposed in the interior of the housing near the front end and allows the two guide members to pass through, thereby controlling the spacing between the two guide members.
8. The detection mechanism as described in claim 7, wherein the spacing adjustment assembly includes a turn wheel, two screws and two retainers, each retainer having a through hole for the guide to pass through, the two screws being connected to the two sides of the center of the turn wheel respectively, each screw being screwed to the corresponding retainer, and when the turn wheel is rotated, the two screws also rotate synchronously, causing the two retainers to move closer or further apart.
9. The detection mechanism as described in claim 8, wherein the housing is provided with a window that partially exposes the dial for a user to turn the dial.
10. The detection mechanism as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fixing component has two communicating channels and a limiting groove, the limiting groove being a non-circular hole groove communicating with the outside, the diameter of the channel being smaller than the limiting groove and penetrating the fixing component, and the tail end of the guide member having a fixing member, the channel allowing the guide member to pass through and restricting the fixing member within the limiting groove.
