Abstract
Claims
1. A paper container bottom sealing device, comprising: One foundation; A set of components is provided on this base, on which a paper tube is placed; A base support mechanism, disposed on the foundation, for supporting a paper bottom wall, the base support mechanism and the sleeve being movable relative to each other so that the paper bottom wall is inserted into the paper tube; and an ultrasonic bonding device, disposed on the foundation, and movable relative to the sleeve to apply ultrasonic waves and weld the surface coatings of the paper tube and the paper bottom wall.
2. The paper container sealing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sleeve is at least partially made of metal.
3. The paper container bottom sealing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom support mechanism includes a drive unit disposed on the foundation and a support unit connected to the drive unit, the support unit being for supporting the paper bottom wall, and the drive unit being capable of driving the support unit to move relative to the sleeve.
4. The paper container bottom sealing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic bonding device welds the surface coating of the paper cylinder and the paper bottom wall by means of linear vibration welding, direct welding or torque welding.
5. The paper container bottom sealing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the ultrasonic bonding device includes a moving mechanism disposed on the base and an ultrasonic transmitter connected to the moving mechanism, the moving mechanism being capable of moving the ultrasonic transmitter, the ultrasonic transmitter being used to apply ultrasonic waves to weld the surface coating of the paper cylinder and the paper bottom wall.

The paper container bottom sealing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the ultrasonic transmitter is located radially outside the bottom support mechanism, and the moving mechanism can drive the ultrasonic transmitter toward the bottom support mechanism so that the ultrasonic transmitter and the bottom support mechanism clamp the paper cylinder and the paper bottom wall.
7. The paper container bottom sealing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the moving mechanism can also drive the ultrasonic transmitter head to move circumferentially around the bottom support mechanism.
8. The paper container sealing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the moving mechanism can also move the ultrasonic transmitter head to at least three angular positions in the circumferential direction.

The paper container bottom sealing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom support mechanism further includes an outer ring member, the drive part includes a spreading member, the bearing part includes a plurality of outer support members arranged around the spreading member, the ultrasonic coupling device includes a plurality of ultrasonic transmitters, the plurality of ultrasonic transmitters are respectively disposed on the plurality of outer support members, the spreading member is movable and squeezes the plurality of outer support members to move radially away from each other, such that the plurality of ultrasonic transmitters and the outer ring member clamp against the paper cylinder body and the paper bottom wall.
10. The paper container bottom sealing device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the support member includes a plurality of extrusion ramps, and each of the outer support members includes a sliding ramp that abuts against one of the extrusion ramps.
