Abstract
Claims
1. A heat dissipation assembly, comprising: a liquid cooling head including a housing and an impeller, the housing having a heat exchange chamber and a fluid drive chamber communicating with each other, the impeller being rotatably located in the fluid drive chamber; and a liquid cooling radiator mounted on the liquid cooling head and having a heat dissipation chamber; wherein, The housing of the liquid cooling head has an external fluid inlet and an external fluid outlet, and the heat exchange chamber, the fluid drive chamber and the heat dissipation chamber are sequentially connected from the external fluid inlet to the external fluid outlet.
2. The heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing of the liquid cooling head further comprises a first liquid flow channel, a second liquid flow channel and a third liquid flow channel, the external fluid inlet is connected to the heat exchange chamber of the liquid cooling head through the first liquid flow channel, the heat dissipation chamber of the liquid cooling radiator is connected to the fluid drive chamber through the second liquid flow channel, and the heat dissipation chamber is connected to the external fluid outlet through the third liquid flow channel.

The heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the heat dissipation chamber of the liquid cooling radiator has a first sub-chamber, a second sub-chamber, an inlet channel, an outlet channel, and at least one heat exchange channel; the outer shell of the liquid cooling head further has an outlet and an inlet; the inlet channel, the outlet channel, and the at least one heat exchange channel are located between the first sub-chamber and the second sub-chamber; the inlet channel communicates with the first sub-chamber and has a liquid cooling radiator inlet communicating with the outlet; the second liquid flow channel communicates with the heat dissipation chamber through the outlet and the liquid cooling radiator inlet; the outlet channel communicates with the second sub-chamber and has a liquid cooling radiator outlet communicating with the inlet; the heat dissipation chamber communicates with the third liquid flow channel through the inlet and the outlet; and the at least one heat exchange channel communicates with the first sub-chamber and the second sub-chamber.

The heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the liquid coolant radiator has a first partition and a second partition, the first partition being adjacent to the liquid coolant radiator inlet to divide the inlet flow channel into two sections of different lengths, and the second partition being adjacent to the liquid coolant radiator outlet to divide the outlet flow channel into two sections of different lengths.
5. The heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first partition is farther from the liquid cooling radiator inlet from the first sub-chamber, and the second partition is closer to the first sub-chamber than the liquid cooling radiator outlet.
6. The heat dissipation assembly as described in claim 3 further includes a plurality of heat dissipation fins, which are respectively disposed between the liquid inlet channel, the liquid outlet channel and the at least one heat exchange channel.
7. The heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the liquid radiator and the heat dissipation fins are made of a metallic material.
8. The heat dissipation assembly as described in claim 3 further includes a first connector and a second connector, wherein the opposite ends of the first connector are respectively connected to the liquid outlet of the liquid cooling head and the liquid cooling radiator inlet of the liquid cooling radiator, and the opposite ends of the second connector are respectively connected to the liquid inlet of the liquid cooling head and the liquid cooling radiator outlet of the liquid cooling radiator.
9. The heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 1 further includes an assembly frame, wherein the liquid cooling head and the liquid cooling radiator are respectively fixed to opposite sides of the assembly frame.
10. The heat dissipation assembly as claimed in claim 1 further includes an airflow generating element, which is disposed on opposite sides of the liquid cooling head.
11. A heat dissipation assembly, comprising: a liquid cooling head including a housing and an impeller, the housing having a heat exchange chamber and a fluid drive chamber communicating with each other, the impeller being rotatably located in the fluid drive chamber; and a liquid cooling radiator mounted on the liquid cooling head and having a heat dissipation chamber; wherein, The housing of the liquid cooling head has an external fluid inlet and an external fluid outlet, and the fluid drive chamber, the heat exchange chamber and the heat dissipation chamber are sequentially connected from the external fluid inlet to the external fluid outlet.
