Abstract

An armor shield suspension device for suspending a shield assembly consisting of a plurality of shields, comprising: a track having an internal movable space; and at least one suspension moving assembly including two rollers coupled to a pivot pin movably mounted in the movable space of the track, with two restraints respectively located between the two rollers and the pivot pin passing through the two opposing restraints; and a suspension member located between the two restraints for connecting the shields of the shield assembly, with the pivot pin passing through the opposing suspension member.

Claims

1. An armor shield suspension device for suspending a shield assembly consisting of a plurality of shields, comprising: a track having a movable space therein; and at least one suspension moving assembly including two rollers movably mounted in the movable space of the track in conjunction with a pivot pin, with two restraints respectively located between the two rollers and the pivot pin passing through the two opposing restraints; and a suspension member located between the two restraints for connecting the shields of the shield assembly, with the pivot pin passing through the opposing suspension member.

The armor cover suspension device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suspension moving component further comprises a limiting pin passing through two opposing limiting members and the suspension member; the limiting member has a limiting hole for the limiting pin to pass through, and the limiting hole is located at an eccentric position of the limiting member, wherein the limiting member is adjacent to the roller and the suspension member, and the pin and the limiting pin form a biaxial constraint on the limiting member.

The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suspension member has a first shaft hole; each of the rollers has a second shaft hole; each of the restraints has a third shaft hole; the pin passes through the first shaft hole of the suspension member, the second shaft holes of the rollers and the third shaft hole of the restraints; wherein the inner diameter of the third shaft hole is larger than the inner diameters of the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole.

The armor shield suspension device as described in claim 3, wherein the suspension moving component further includes a washer fitted onto the pin; the pin also has an integrally formed annular flange with an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the pin; when the pin passes through the two limiting members, the annular flange and the washer respectively fill the two third shaft holes and abut against the adjacent two rollers.

The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the track has a top plate, two side plates and two extension plates; the two side plates are respectively connected to opposite sides of the top plate and extend downward; the two extension plates are respectively connected to one end of the two side plates away from the top plate and extend inward, and a first gap is formed between the two extension plates; the movable space is formed by the top plate, the two side plates and the two extension plates.

The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the suspension member has a vertical section, a bent section and a horizontal section; the vertical section is disposed in the movable space and perpendicular to the top plate of the track; the bent section extends from the track and is connected to one end of the vertical section adjacent to the first gap, and the bent section has at least one angle; the horizontal section is connected to one end of the bent section away from the vertical section and is parallel to the top plate of the track.

7. The armor shield suspension device as described in claim 5, wherein two travel surfaces are formed on the inner wall of the two extension plates; the two rollers respectively abut against the two travel surfaces of the track and can be driven to move along the two travel surfaces.

8. The armor cover suspension device as described in claim 5, wherein each of the two side plates has a concave arc surface at its bottom end, such that the distance between the two concave arc surfaces is less than the distance between the two side plates.

9. The armor shield suspension device as described in claim 5 further includes a fixed joint fitted around the outside of the track and connected to a fixed seat above the track to prevent the track from bending.

The armor cover suspension device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fixing joint has a top wall, two side walls and two extension walls; the two side walls are respectively connected to opposite sides of the top wall and extend vertically downward; one end of each of the two extension walls is respectively connected to the end of the two side walls away from the top wall and extends horizontally; when the fixing joint is fitted on the outside of the track, the top wall is parallel to the top plate, the two side walls are parallel to the two side plates, and the two extension walls are parallel to the two extension plates.

11. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the fixed joint has a second gap formed between the two extended walls, and the width of the second gap is greater than the width of the first gap.

12. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the fixing joint further has a plurality of adjusting members passing through the fixing joint and abutting against the side edge of the track for adjusting the distance between the fixing joint and the track.

13. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 12, wherein at least one of the adjusting members passes through the mounting base, the fixing joint and abuts against the upper edge of the track, for connecting the fixing joint and the track to the mounting base.

The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 12, wherein each of the adjusting members includes a stop screw and a nut; the stop screw passes through the fixing joint and abuts against the outer wall of the track; the nut engages with the stop screw and abuts against the outer wall of the fixing joint.

15. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 5 further includes another track placed alongside the track, and a connecting joint fitted onto the two opposing tracks, the suspension moving component being movable within the two opposing tracks.

The armor cover suspension device as claimed in claim 15, wherein the connecting joint has a top wall, two side walls and two extension walls; the two side walls are respectively connected to opposite sides of the top wall and extend vertically downward; one end of each of the two extension walls is respectively connected to the end of the two side walls away from the top wall and extends horizontally; when the connecting joint is fitted on the outside of the track, the top wall is parallel to the top plate, the two side walls are parallel to the two side plates, and the two extension walls are parallel to the two extension plates.

17. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 16, wherein the connecting joint has a third gap formed between the two extension walls, and the width of the third gap is greater than the width of the first gap.

18. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 16, wherein the connector further comprises a plurality of adjusting members extending through the connector and abutting against the side edges of the tracks for adjusting the distance between the connector and the tracks.

19. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 18, wherein at least one of the adjusting members passes through a fixed base above the tracks and the connecting joint and abuts against the upper edge of the tracks for connecting the connecting joint to the tracks at the fixed base.

20. The armor shield suspension device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting member is made of a material with wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction.
