Abstract
Claims
1. An assembly suitable for use in a proportional valve device, comprising: a positioning seat in an annular shape around an axis; and two fixing protrusions respectively connected to opposite sides of the positioning seat, each fixing protrusion including a mounting hole extending through along the extension direction of the axis.
2. The assembly as described in claim 1, wherein, The positioning seat includes an inner annular surface surrounding the axis, the inner annular surface having a large diameter portion, a small diameter portion, and an inner shoulder portion connecting the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion, the inner diameter of the large diameter portion being larger than the inner diameter of the small diameter portion.
3. A proportional valve device, comprising: a valve stem assembly including a stem extending along an axis and a retaining ring surrounding the stem; a valve seat including a valve body through which the valve stem assembly passes, and two mounting holes formed on the top of the valve body, the mounting holes being located on opposite sides of the valve stem assembly; an assembly as claimed in claim 1, the assembly being fitted onto the valve stem assembly and abutting against the retaining ring on the side away from the valve seat, the mounting holes communicating with the mounting holes; and two fasteners, each fastener passing through one of the mounting holes and communicating with the mounting hole.
4. The proportional valve device as described in claim 3, wherein, The positioning seat has an inner annular surface surrounding the axis, the inner annular surface having a large diameter portion, a small diameter portion that is further away from the valve seat than the large diameter portion, and an inner shoulder portion connecting the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion. The inner diameter of the large diameter portion is larger than the inner diameter of the small diameter portion. The limiting ring has a large ring portion, a small ring portion that is further away from the valve seat than the large ring portion, and a ring shoulder portion connecting the large ring portion and the small ring portion. The outer diameter of the large ring portion is larger than the outer diameter of the small ring portion. The inner shoulder portion abuts against the ring shoulder portion. The large ring portion is located in the space defined by the large diameter portion, and the small ring portion is located in the space defined by the small diameter portion.
5. The proportional valve device as described in claim 3, wherein, The valve seat also includes two hole walls that define the mounting holes, each of which is threaded, and the fasteners are screws.
6. The proportional valve device as claimed in claim 3 further includes an O-ring disposed on the rod body, the O-ring abutting against the limiting ring on the side near the valve seat, the valve seat further including an annular groove formed on the top of the valve body, the annular groove surrounding the axis and for the O-ring to be disposed.
7. The proportional valve device as described in claim 3, wherein, The distance between the center lines of the mounting holes is the same as the distance between the center lines of the mounting holes.
8. The proportional valve device as described in claim 3, wherein, The length from the centerline of each mounting hole to the axis is the same as the length from the centerline of each mounting hole to the axis.
