Account notification device

Abstract

An account notification device, suitable for an interface device, includes a data storage device, a processor, and a communication device. The data storage device stores information on multiple accounts to be notified. Each account to be notified includes the user account to be notified, account balance information, and notification subscription settings. When the processor receives transaction record information with transaction accounts, and the transaction account matches one of the user accounts to be notified and the amount of the account balance information decreases, a trigger event signal is generated. The communication device receives the trigger event signal and transmits a transaction notification signal to the interface device according to the trigger event signal. The transaction notification signal includes balance change notification, query details information, and fraud prevention information, so as to achieve real-time notification of customer account balance changes.

Claims

1. An account notification device, suitable for an interface device, comprising: a data storage device storing multiple account information to be notified, each account information having a user account to be notified, account balance information, and a notification subscription setting, the notification subscription setting including at least one of an SMS setting, an email setting, an application setting, and an instant messaging setting; a processor electrically connected to the data storage device, configured to, upon receiving transaction record information having a transaction account, generate a trigger event signal when the transaction account matches one of the user accounts to be notified and a certain amount of the account balance information decreases; and a communication device electrically connected to the processor to receive the trigger event signal and communicatively connect to the interface device, and transmit a transaction notification signal to the interface device according to the trigger event signal, the transaction notification signal including a balance change notification, a query detail message, and fraud prevention information, the balance change notification indicating the amount of change in the account balance information, and the query detail message providing a link to an application software.

2. The account notification device as described in claim 1, wherein when the notification subscription settings include the SMS settings, the communication device transmits the transaction notification signal to an SMS software of the interface device.

3. The account notification device as described in claim 1, wherein when the notification subscription settings include the email settings, the communication device transmits the transaction notification signal to an email software of the interface device.

4. The account notification device as described in claim 1, wherein when the notification subscription settings include the application settings, the communication device transmits the transaction notification signal to an application software of the interface device.

5. The account notification device as described in claim 1, wherein when the notification subscription settings include the instant messaging settings, the communication device transmits the transaction notification signal to an instant messaging software of the interface device.
