Abstract

A writing device includes a pen barrel and a cap. The pen barrel defines an axially oriented through-hole for receiving a pen refill and has, in a radial direction, a pen head with a smoothly increasing outer diameter, a pen tip recess extending from the pen head with a smoothly decreasing outer diameter, a grip section extending from the pen tip recess, at least one main section extending from the grip section in the opposite direction to the pen head, and a shaft end extending from the main section furthest from the pen head. A plurality of annular recesses are formed between the pen tip recess and the grip section, and between adjacent main sections. The cap is screwed tightly onto the shaft end and is visually integral with the pen barrel. It defines an axially oriented groove for receiving the tail end of a pen refill. When the cap is screwed onto the shaft end and screwed tightly, one of the pen tips protrudes from the pen head.

Claims

1. A writing device suitable for accommodating and writing with a pen refill, the writing device comprising: a pen barrel defining a through hole for accommodating the pen refill along an axial direction and having a pen head with a smoothly increasing outer diameter along a radial direction; a pen tip recess extending from the pen head and having a smoothly decreasing outer diameter; a grip section extending from the pen tip recess; at least one main section extending from the grip section in the opposite direction to the pen head; and a shaft end extending from the main section furthest from the pen head in the opposite direction to the pen head, wherein a plurality of annular recesses are formed between the pen tip recess and the grip section, and between every two adjacent main sections; and a tail cap screwably screwed to the shaft end and visually integral with the pen barrel, and defining a groove along the axial direction for accommodating the tail end of the pen refill, wherein when the tail cap is screwed to the shaft end and screwed tight, one of the pen tips of the pen refill protrudes from the pen head.

2. The writing device as described in claim 1, wherein, The machining accuracy of the end cap and the end of the rod is less than 0.005mm, so that when the end cap is screwed onto the end of the rod and tightened, the end cap and the pen barrel are visually integrated.

3. The writing device as described in claim 1, wherein, The grip section has a first arcuate concave area extending smoothly from the center with a gradually increasing outer diameter, and two first tapered areas extending from opposite ends of the first arcuate concave area with a gradually decreasing outer diameter. Each main section has a second arcuate concave area extending smoothly from the center with a gradually increasing outer diameter, and two second tapered areas extending from opposite ends of the second arcuate concave area with a gradually decreasing outer diameter. The end of the rod has a third tapered area connected to the at least one main section, and a column area extending from the third tapered area. The pen tip concave area and one of the first tapered areas of the grip section, the other of the first tapered areas of the grip section and the second tapered area of the adjacent main section, the second tapered areas of the two adjacent main sections, and the third tapered area of the end of the rod and the second tapered area of the adjacent at least one main section form the annular recessed rings.

4. The writing device as described in claim 3, wherein, The post area at the end of the rod is screwed to the end cap, and one end of the rod has the same outer diameter.

5. The writing device as described in claim 1, wherein, The perforation includes a plurality of sections with gradually increasing spatial diameter along the axial direction, and between every two of the sections there is a guide section with a spatial diameter that gradually increases from the previous section to the next section.

6. The writing device as described in claim 5, wherein, These sections and guide sections are loosely fitted to the pen refill in a shape corresponding to its shape.

7. The writing device as claimed in claim 1 further includes a base for inserting the pen barrel.

8. The writing device as described in claim 7, wherein, The base defines an insertion hole for the pen head of the pen barrel to be detachably inserted.

9. The writing vehicle as described in claim 8, wherein, The insertion hole is cone-shaped with a gradually narrowing spatial diameter from the top surface of the base to the bottom surface.

10. The writing device as described in claim 9, wherein, The base also defines a protective hole that extends downward from the insertion hole and has a spatial diameter greater than that of the insertion hole.
