Abstract

A centrifugal pump with dual air outlets has a first guide plate and a second guide plate on the base plate. The impeller is driven to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise by a controlled motor. At the same speed, the air volume when the impeller rotates counterclockwise is greater than that when the impeller rotates clockwise. When it is necessary to temporarily increase the air volume, it is not necessary to increase the speed of the impeller. Simply adjust the impeller from rotating clockwise to rotating counterclockwise. The air volume can be increased without changing the speed of the impeller. This reduces energy consumption and slows down the wear of the impeller, thus extending its service life.

Claims

1. A centrifugal pump with dual air outlets, comprising: One base plate; An impeller is rotatably mounted on a base plate about its axis of rotation; a flow guiding unit includes a first flow guiding plate and a second flow guiding plate, with an air duct between the first and second flow guiding plates, the air duct having a first air outlet and a second air outlet disposed opposite to each other; both the first and second flow guiding plates are connected to the base plate, and the impeller is placed within the air duct; the first flow guiding plate has a first pressurization section and a first flow guiding section, the distance between the first pressurization section and the impeller being less than the distance between the first flow guiding section and the impeller; the second flow guiding plate has a second pressurization section and a second flow guiding section. The impeller comprises a first pressurizing section, wherein the distance between the second pressurizing section and the impeller is less than the distance between the second guide section and the impeller; and the first pressurizing section is located at the end of the first guide section near the first air outlet, and the second pressurizing section is located at the end of the second guide section near the second air outlet; a cover plate is disposed opposite to the base plate, and both the first guide plate and the second guide plate are connected to the cover plate; and a motor is drivenly connected to the output end of the impeller, the motor being used to drive the impeller to rotate in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction; wherein the first guide plate and the second guide plate are symmetrically arranged about the rotation axis of the impeller.

2. The centrifugal pump with dual outlets as described in claim 1, wherein the impeller comprises: A rotating body and multiple blades, the rotating body being rotatably mounted on the base plate; These blades are arranged in an array around the outer wall of the rotating body.

3. The centrifugal pump with dual outlets as described in claim 2, wherein the impeller further includes: A connecting ring is positioned on the side of the blades away from the base plate, and the connecting ring is fixedly connected to the blades.

4. The centrifugal pump with dual air outlets as described in claim 1 further includes: Two fin assemblies are respectively placed on both sides of the air duct, which is used for heat dissipation of the fin assemblies.

5. The centrifugal pump with dual air outlets as described in claim 4 further includes: A heat-conducting strip, one end of which is connected to the fin assemblies and the other end of which is connected to a heat source, the heat-conducting strip being used to conduct heat generated by the heat source to the fin assemblies.

6. The centrifugal pump with dual air outlets as described in claim 1, wherein a first through hole is provided on the base plate, and the first through hole is disposed opposite to the impeller.

7. The centrifugal pump with dual air outlets as described in claim 1, wherein a second through hole is provided on the cover plate, the second through hole being disposed opposite to the impeller.
