Abstract

This invention relates to a vent structure for a safety helmet, comprising: a left and a right vent assembly, which can be respectively installed on both sides of the upper edge of a safety helmet shell or at least a decorative shell. Each vent assembly includes: at least one inner cover and at least one outer cover. The inner and outer covers can each be a front-opening, front-high-rear-low cover. The outer cover is larger than the inner cover, allowing it to cover the inner cover, forming an overlapping structure. The lower front ends of the inner and outer covers overlap, and at least one rotating mechanism is provided at each of the overlapping front ends. The outer cover can rotate back and forth on the inner cover; the lower edge of the outer cover and the front edge of the inner cover can be matched and engaged with each other, so that when the outer cover is rotated forward and tilted on the inner cover, the two can be engaged by the two edges to prevent rainwater from seeping in; at least one fixing member is provided at the lower edge of the inner cover, so that the left and right air collection hood assemblies can be fixed to the upper edge of the safety helmet shell through the left and right inner covers respectively; at least one adjusting and positioning member assembly can be provided at the overlapping lower ends of the front sides of the inner and outer covers, so that the outer cover can be freely adjusted on the inner cover to adjust its rotation angle.

Claims

1. A safety helmet's vent structure, comprising: Each of the left and right air collection hood assemblies can be installed on the upper edge of a safety helmet shell. The air collection hood assembly includes at least one inner cover and at least one outer cover. Each inner and outer cover is a cover that opens forward and is higher in the front and lower in the back. The outer cover is larger than the inner cover so that it can cover the inner cover, forming an overlapping shape. The lower front ends of the inner and outer covers overlap each other, and at least one rotating member is provided at the overlap of the front two sides, so that the outer cover can rotate back and forth on the inner cover.

2. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, The left and right air collection hoods can be fixed to the upper edge of the helmet shell on both sides through the decorative shells provided on the helmet shell.

3. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, The lower edge of the outer cover and the front edge of the inner cover can correspond and fit together.

4. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, The inner cover can be provided with a U-shaped ring extending forward from the lower ends of both sides, and the U-shaped ring fits the shape of the front edge of the outer cover.

5. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, A corresponding slot can be provided on the rear side of the inner cover to the lower edge of the outer cover.

6. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, The rotating component can be a convex rotating shaft with a hole on each of the left and right outer sides of the inner cover and a corresponding hole on each of the left and right inner sides of the outer cover.

7. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, At least one set of adjusting and positioning components can be provided between the inner cover and the outer cover.

8. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, At least one obstruction may be provided between the inner cover and the outer cover.

9. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, When the outer cover is erected, a decorative extension section can be provided on the rear side.

10. The vent structure of the safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein, The inner cover can be a single unit.
