Abstract
Claims
1. A water wall pipe cleaning system, comprising: A first container, comprising at least one inlet for a cleaning agent solution, an outlet for a mixed cleaning agent solution, an inlet for a mixed cleaning agent solution recovery, and a first delivery pipe connected to the outlet for the mixed cleaning agent solution; at least one cleaning agent solution, which enters the first container through the inlet, and which is any one or a combination of EDTA, citric acid, and methyl glycolic acid; and a water wall pipe, which accumulates a deposit at high temperature, the deposit consisting of iron oxides and scale. The system comprises a water wall pipe system with an inlet and an outlet. The inlet of the water wall pipe is connected to a first delivery pipe of a first container, allowing the cleaning agent solution to be delivered into the water wall pipe via the first delivery pipe of the first container. A first pump is connected to the first delivery pipe of the first container and pushes the cleaning agent solution located in the first delivery pipe of the first container through the water wall pipe. A second container is provided with a post-cleaning cleaning agent solution recovery inlet, a post-cleaning cleaning agent solution mixing outlet, a post-cleaning cleaning agent solution delivery pipe, and a second delivery pipe. Between the outlet of the water wall pipe and the inlet for recycling the cleaning agent solution after cleaning, the cleaning agent solution pushed through the water wall pipe enters the second container through the inlet for recycling the cleaning agent solution after cleaning. The second delivery pipe is located between the outlet for mixing the cleaning agent solution after cleaning in the second container and the inlet for mixing and recycling the cleaning agent solution in the first container, so as to transport the cleaning agent solution entering the second container back into the first container. A second pump is also provided, which is connected to the second delivery pipe of the second container and pushes the cleaning agent solution located in the second delivery pipe of the second container back into the first container for recycling.

The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent solution inlet is further connected to a cleaning agent mixing tank, the cleaning agent mixing tank is connected to at least two cleaning agent solution tanks, and the at least two cleaning agent solution tanks are respectively filled with different cleaning agent solutions.
3. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent solution is further supplemented with a corrosion inhibitor, which is either an organic inhibitor or an inorganic inhibitor.
4. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the citric acid agent is further ammonium citrate.
5. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the methyl glycolic acid agent is further any one or a combination of formic acid and glycolic acid.

The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the EDTA agent is further any one or a combination of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid diammonium (EDTA.2NH4), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium (EDTA.2Na), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid trisodium (EDTA.3Na) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid tetrasodium (EDTA.4Na).
7. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the first container is further provided with a heating and temperature control device to heat the cleaning agent solution in the first container, and the heating temperature can be set to any temperature between 50°C and 100°C.
8. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the first container is further provided with a temperature sensor and a gas pressure relief valve.
9. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the first container is further provided with a first water level overflow outlet, so that when the cleaning agent solution in the first container exceeds a set capacity, it can be discharged through the first water level overflow outlet.
10. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the second container is further provided with a second water level overflow outlet, so that when the cleaning agent solution in the second container exceeds a set capacity, it can be discharged through the second water level overflow outlet.
11. The water wall cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the second container is further connected to a water quality sensor, which is any one or a combination of a pH sensor, an ORP sensor, a dissolved oxygen sensor, a conductivity and salinity sensor, an ion selective electrode sensor (ISE sensor), an optical and special sensor.
12. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 1, wherein the second container is further provided with a sampling port for sampling and analysis.
13. The water wall pipe cleaning system as described in claim 12, wherein the sampling port of the second container is further provided with a sampling delivery pipe, which is connected to a third pump.
