Abstract

This invention relates to a platform device, comprising: a base having a first slide rail assembly; a first platform slidable along a first direction on the first slide rail assembly, the first platform having a second slide rail assembly and a cutout portion; a second platform slidable along a second direction on the second slide rail assembly, having a bottom surface facing the first platform; and a position measuring unit comprising at least one reading head and a scale plate, the scale plate being disposed on the bottom surface of the second platform, the scale plate corresponding to the cutout portion, the at least one reading head being disposed on the base and corresponding to the cutout portion, thereby being able to read data from the scale plate.

Claims

1. A platform device, comprising: A base with a first set of slide rails; A first platform, slidable along a first direction on a first slide rail assembly, having a second slide rail assembly and a cutout portion; a second platform, slidable along a second direction on the second slide rail assembly, having a bottom surface facing the first platform; and a position measuring unit, including at least one reading head and a scale plate, the scale plate being disposed on the bottom surface of the second platform, the scale plate corresponding to the cutout portion, the at least one reading head being disposed on the base and corresponding to the cutout portion, thereby being able to read the data of the scale plate.

2. The platform apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second platform, the first platform and the base are arranged sequentially in a vertical direction, the vertical direction being transverse to the first direction and the second direction.

3. The platform device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scale plate is an optical scale plate, which may be made of glass, ceramic or metal.

The platform device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of clamping units, each clamping unit including a connecting portion and a clamping portion, the connecting portion of each clamping unit being detachably disposed on the bottom surface of the second platform, each clamping portion extending away from the bottom surface of the second platform and spaced apart from the bottom surface of the second platform, the scale plate being clamped between the bottom surface of the second platform and each clamping portion.

5. The platform device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one reading head protrudes into the hollow portion, and the at least one reading head and the hollow portion are movable relative to each other.

The platform device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a drive module, the drive module including a first drive unit and a second drive unit, the first drive unit being capable of moving the first platform relative to the base along the first direction, the second drive unit being capable of moving the second platform relative to the first platform along the second direction, the width dimension of the scale plate in the first direction being greater than 1 / 4 times a first extension dimension of the first slide rail assembly in the first direction, and the length dimension of the scale plate in the second direction being greater than 1 / 4 times a second extension dimension of the second slide rail assembly in the second direction.

7. The platform device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the scale plate and the second platform are bonded together by a fixing adhesive layer.

8. The platform device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fixing adhesive layer is adhered between the bottom surface of the second platform and the top surface of one of the scale plates, the top surface of the scale plate facing the bottom surface of the second platform.

9. The platform device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bottom surface of the second platform is provided with a groove, and the fixing adhesive layer is disposed in the groove.

The platform device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the at least one reading head is an encoder reading head, and the at least one reading head can generate position information of the second stage based on the data of the scale plate; the second stage, the first stage, and the base are sequentially arranged in a vertical direction, the vertical direction being transverse to the first direction and the second direction; the scale plate is an optical scale plate, and the scale plate can be made of glass, ceramic, or metal; the at least one reading head protrudes into the hollow portion, and the at least one reading head and the hollow portion are movable relative to each other; the platform device further includes a drive module, the drive module including a first drive unit and a second drive unit, the first drive unit can drive the first stage to move relative to the base along the first direction, and the second drive unit can drive the second stage to move relative to the first stage along the second direction, and the scale plate is located in the...
