Abstract
Claims
1. A modular structure for a six-phase motor stator, comprising: A stator body has a first set of three-phase windings and a second set of three-phase windings, wherein each phase winding of the first set of three-phase windings and each phase winding of the second set of three-phase windings are arranged adjacently in a circumferential direction; two sets of outgoing copper busbars are located on the same side of the stator body in an axial direction, each set of outgoing copper busbars includes a plurality of outgoing copper busbars, which are welded to a plurality of outgoing terminals of the corresponding first set of three-phase windings or to a plurality of outgoing terminals of the second set of three-phase windings; and a shot-jet insulator covers and fixes the two sets of outgoing copper busbars.
2. The modular stator structure of a six-phase motor as described in claim 1, wherein the envelope insulator is a ring.
3. The six-phase motor stator modular structure as described in claim 1, wherein the encapsulated junction insulator comprises two annular bodies stacked axially.
4. The modular structure of the six-phase motor stator as described in claim 3, wherein the two sets of outgoing copper busbars extend and protrude from the outer ring surfaces of the two annular bodies respectively.
5. The modular structure of the six-phase motor stator as described in claim 3 further includes a plurality of enameled wires, each of which is encased in the annular body at a welding portion to the corresponding lead-out copper busbar.
6. The modular stator structure of the six-phase motor as described in claim 1, wherein the two sets of outgoing copper busbars have different axial heights.
7. The modular stator structure of the six-phase motor as described in claim 1, wherein the two sets of outgoing copper busbars have the same axial height.
8. The modular stator structure of a six-phase motor as described in claim 7, wherein the two ends of each of the outgoing copper busbars protrude radially from an inner annular surface and an outer annular surface of the encapsulated junction insulator.
9. The six-phase motor stator modular structure as described in claim 8 further comprises a plurality of enameled wires, one end of each enameled wire being radially welded to the end of the corresponding lead-out copper busbar that protrudes from the inner annular surface of the enamel junction insulator.
10. The modular structure of a six-phase motor stator as described in claim 1, wherein the enamel-coated wire insulator has a plurality of arcuate slots, each arcuate slot having an opening, and a portion of at least one of the outgoing copper busbars is exposed from the opening for axial welding of a stripped portion of an enameled wire engaged in the arcuate slot.
