Abstract

A novel quick-release structure for a cooling fan includes: a heatsink body with positioning members installed at its four corners, each positioning member having a positioning portion; and a fan body positioned above the heatsink body with positioning hole groups at its four corners corresponding to the positioning members. Each positioning hole group has a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole that are connected. The first positioning hole has a first diameter, and the second positioning hole has a second diameter. The first diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning member, and the second diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the positioning member. During assembly, the positioning member first fits into the first positioning hole of the positioning hole group, then slides into the second positioning hole, and is pressed tightly against the second positioning hole to prevent the positioning member from disengaging, thereby completing the quick assembly of the heatsink body and the fan body.

Claims

1. A quick-release structure for a cooling fan, comprising: The heat sink body has positioning components installed at its four corners, each positioning component having a positioning part; the fan body is positioned above the heat sink body and has positioning hole groups at its four corners corresponding to the positioning components. The positioning hole groups have a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole that are connected to each other. The first positioning hole has a first diameter, and the second positioning hole has a second diameter. The first diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning part, and the second diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the positioning part; In assembly, the positioning part is first inserted into the first positioning hole of the positioning hole group, and then slid into the second positioning hole, so that the positioning part is pressed tightly against the second positioning hole to prevent the positioning component from falling off, thereby completing the rapid assembly of the heat sink body and the fan body.

2. The quick-release structure of the cooling fan as described in claim 1, wherein the four corners of the heat sink body are respectively provided with mounting holes for the positioning member to be inserted, and the positioning member further has a positioning rod connected to the lower part of the positioning part, the positioning rod passing through the mounting hole, and a portion of the positioning rod and the positioning part being exposed on the surface of the heat sink body.

3. The quick-release structure for the cooling fan as described in claim 1, wherein a sound-absorbing plate is further provided between the positioning part and the positioning hole group to prevent the bottom of the positioning part from directly contacting the fan body and to prevent abnormal noise from being generated.

4. The quick-release structure for the cooling fan as described in claim 1, wherein the first aperture is larger than the second aperture.

5. The quick-release structure for the cooling fan as described in claim 1, wherein a chamfer is formed at the connection between the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, and the chamfer guides the positioning member to slide into the second positioning hole.

6. The quick-release structure for the cooling fan as described in claim 1, wherein the heat sink body further has a plurality of heat dissipation pipes.

7. The quick-release structure for the cooling fan as described in claim 1, wherein the fan body further has a plurality of fan blade groups, and a fan housing is further installed on the top of the fan body, the fan housing having a plurality of through holes corresponding to the plurality of fan blade groups.
