Abstract

This invention provides a water pipe inspection and maintenance structure, which has an opening through one side of a water pipe and is mounted on the opening. The structure includes at least: a lower frame, an upper frame, a washer, and an inspection window. The lower frame is embedded in the opening from the inside of the water pipe. The washer is located between the lower frame and the upper frame. The upper frame is removably mounted on the lower frame. The inspection window is removably mounted on the upper frame and has a transparent viewing opening, allowing users to directly view the internal condition of the water pipe. After the inspection window is removed, the water pipe can be directly cleaned or unclogged, thus facilitating inspection and maintenance.

Claims

1. A water pipe maintenance structure comprising an opening through one side of a water pipe and a structure comprising at least: a lower frame, which is fitable into the opening inside the water pipe, the lower frame having at least a plurality of mating holes arranged in a ring on the surface of the lower frame; and an upper frame, which is detachably mounted on the lower frame, the upper frame having at least a pipe body, a plurality of connectors and at least one connecting portion, the pipe body extending to the bottom of the upper frame, the connectors arranged in a ring on the surface of the upper frame, the connectors being fitable to the mating holes of the lower frame, and the connecting portion extending to the top of the upper frame. A washer is disposed between the upper frame and the lower frame, and the washer can be fitted onto the tube of the upper frame; and an inspection window is detachably disposed on the upper frame, the inspection window having at least one transparent viewing opening and at least one fitting portion, the transparent viewing opening being disposed in the center of the inspection window and corresponding to the tube, the fitting portion extending to the top outer side of the inspection window, the fitting portion being compatible with the joint portion of the upper frame.

2. The water pipe maintenance structure as described in claim 1, wherein the inner circumference of the lower frame is provided with at least one positioning groove, and the outer circumference of the pipe body of the upper frame is provided with at least one positioning protrusion, wherein the positioning groove and the positioning protrusion can be correspondingly fitted.

3. The water pipe maintenance structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting parts are removably assembled to the mating holes on the front and rear sides of the lower frame by means of screw connections.

4. The maintenance structure for the water pipe as described in claim 1, wherein the fitting part is removably assembled to the joint of the upper frame by means of rotational insertion.

5. The maintenance structure for the water pipe as described in claim 1, wherein the gasket is provided with a plurality of through holes, which are respectively for the corresponding insertion of the assembly components.

6. The maintenance structure for the water pipe as described in claim 1, wherein the gasket is made of a waterproof material.

7. The water pipe inspection and maintenance structure as described in claim 1, further comprising a cover body detachably disposed on the transparent inspection port of the inspection window, the cover body being a transparent or non-transparent structure.

8. The water pipe inspection and maintenance structure as described in claim 7, wherein the cover system is removably assembled to the transparent inspection port in a fitting manner.

9. The water pipe inspection and maintenance structure as described in claim 7, wherein the cover system is removably attached to the transparent inspection port by means of a screw connection.

10. The maintenance structure for the water pipe as described in claim 7, wherein the cover further includes at least one groove recessed on one side of the cover and corresponding to the joint of the upper frame.
