Abstract

A smart IoT data management system includes a weight detection device, an image detection device, an airtightness detection device, and a server. The weight detection device generates weight detection data, the image detection device generates image detection data, and the airtightness detection device generates airtightness detection data. The server connects to the weight detection device, the image detection device, and the airtightness detection device to receive and store the weight detection data, the image detection data, and the airtightness detection data. This invention can automatically store production information under large-scale manufacturing, reducing the possibility of errors that may occur due to manual recording, thereby facilitating the management of product production information and improving management quality.

Claims

1. A smart Internet of Things (IoT) data management system, comprising: a weight detection device for generating weight detection data; an image detection device for generating image detection data; an airtightness detection device for generating airtightness detection data; and a server connected to the weight detection device, the image detection device, and the airtightness detection device to receive and store the weight detection data, the image detection data, and the airtightness detection data.

2. The smart IoT data management system as described in claim 1, wherein: The server is electrically connected to at least one wireless base station, and the server communicates with the weight detection device, the image detection device and the airtightness detection device through the at least one wireless base station.

3. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 1, wherein: The server stores multiple product data; the weight detection device transmits product identification data to the server, and the server determines whether the product identification data corresponds to one of the multiple product data; when the server determines that the product identification data corresponds to one of the multiple product data, the server stores the weight detection data in a database corresponding to the product data.

4. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 3, wherein: The product identification data is generated by a barcode scanner of the weight detection equipment, and the product identification data corresponds to a product; the weight detection equipment is used to detect the weight of an adhesive of the product to generate the weight detection data.

5. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 1, wherein: The server stores multiple product data; the image detection device transmits product identification data to the server, and the server determines whether the product identification data corresponds to one of the multiple product data; when the server determines that the product identification data corresponds to one of the multiple product data, the server determines whether the weight detection data is stored in a database of the product data; when the server determines that the weight detection data is not stored in the database, the server sends an alert notification to the image detection device.

6. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 5, wherein: When the server determines that the weight detection data is stored in the database, the server determines whether the weight detection data is in an abnormal state; when the server determines that the weight detection data is in an abnormal state, the server sends an alert notification to the image detection device.

7. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 5, wherein: The product identification data is generated by the barcode scanner of the image inspection equipment, and the product identification data corresponds to a product; the image inspection equipment is used to detect the distribution state of an adhesive of the product to generate the image inspection data.

8. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 1, wherein: The server stores multiple product data; the airtightness detection device transmits product identification data to the server, and the server determines whether the product identification data corresponds to one of the multiple product data; when the server determines that the product identification data corresponds to one of the multiple product data, the server determines whether the weight detection data and the image detection data are stored in a database of the product data; when the server determines that neither the weight detection data nor the image detection data is stored in the database, the server sends an alert notification to the airtightness detection device.

9. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 8, wherein: When the server determines that the database stores the weight detection data and the image detection data, the server determines whether one of the weight detection data and the image detection data is in an abnormal state; when the server determines that one of the weight detection data and the image detection data is in an abnormal state, the server sends an alarm notification to the airtightness detection device.

10. The intelligent IoT data management system as described in claim 8, wherein: The product identification data is generated by the barcode scanner of the airtightness testing equipment, and the product identification data corresponds to a product; the airtightness testing equipment is used to detect the airtightness of the product after assembly to generate the airtightness testing data.
