Abstract

An improved easy-open can structure includes a can body for storing a predetermined food and a lid for sealing the can body. The can body is molded from a non-toxic plastic substrate, with a rigid base and a rigid opening on its axial top and bottom sides, respectively. The rigid base and the rigid opening extend integrally to form an elastic tubular portion on their opposite peripheries. The radially inner side of the elastic tubular portion, together with the rigid base, forms a storage space for the predetermined food. The lid is fixed to the rigid opening in an airtight manner, and its axial end face has an outlet end that opens with a pull ring.

Claims

1. An improved easy-open can structure, comprising a can body for storing a predetermined food, and a lid for sealing the can body, characterized in that: the can body is molded from a non-toxic plastic substrate, and has a rigid base and a rigid opening end respectively provided on its axial top and bottom sides; the rigid base and the rigid opening end extend and are integrally formed into an elastic tubular portion on their opposite circumferences; the radial inner side of the elastic tubular portion and the rigid base together form a storage space for storing the predetermined food along their axial direction; the lid is fixed to the rigid opening end in an airtight manner, and its axial end face has an outlet end for pulling and tearing open by a pull ring.

2. The improved easy-open can structure as described in claim 1, wherein the rigid base has a centrally protruding positioning mound and forms an adjacent annular recess between the inner diameter sides of the connecting elastic tubular portion.

3. The improved easy-open can structure as described in claim 1, wherein the top circumference of the rigid opening end extends obliquely to form a positioning edge for fixed connection of the cap body, and the cap system is made of aluminum.

The improved easy-open can structure as described in claim 1, wherein a positioning ring is recessed in the inner circumference of the rigid opening end, the sealing system is made of non-toxic plastic material, and a positioning neck is protruding at its axial bottom end, thereby being fixedly connected to the positioning ring of the rigid opening end.

5. The improved easy-open can structure as described in claim 1, wherein an elastic membrane tube is sleeved and fixed to the outer circumference of the elastic tubular portion, and the circumferential surface of the elastic membrane tube may be printed with an advertising area.

An improved easy-open can structure, comprising a can body for storing food and a cap for sealing the can body, characterized in that: the can body is molded from a non-toxic plastic substrate, and has a rigid base and a rigid opening end respectively provided on its axial top and bottom sides; the rigid base and the rigid opening end extend and are integrally formed into an elastic tubular portion on their opposite circumferences; the radial inner side of the elastic tubular portion and the axial side of the rigid base together form a storage space for storing a predetermined amount of food; an elastic membrane tube is sleeved and fixedly installed on the outer diameter circumference of the elastic tubular portion; the cap is fixedly connected to the rigid opening end in an airtight manner, and its axial end face has an outlet end for pulling and tearing open by a pull ring.

7. The improved easy-open can structure as described in claim 6, wherein the rigid base has a centrally protruding positioning mound and forms an adjacent annular recess between the inner diameter sides of the connecting elastic tubular portion.

8. The improved easy-open can structure as described in claim 6, wherein the top circumference of the rigid opening end is obliquely extended to provide a positioning edge for fixing and connecting the cap body, and the cap system is made of aluminum.

The improved easy-open can structure as described in claim 6, wherein a positioning ring is recessed in the inner circumference of the rigid opening end, the sealing system is made of non-toxic plastic material, and a positioning neck is protruding at its axial bottom end, thereby being fixedly connected to the positioning ring of the rigid opening end.
