Abstract

This invention relates to an injection molding apparatus for shoe last forming. The main feature is that the shoe last mold is provided with at least one injection channel, and a forming space is defined between the shoe last mold and the inner wall of a receiving cavity. This allows the molding material to be directly injected into the forming space through the injection channel, thereby forming a shoe body. The shoe body covers a portion of the shoe last mold. This eliminates the conventional flow path of the molding material between the upper and lower molds, and effectively avoids problems such as flow marks and complex mold structure, thereby improving molding quality and process stability.

Claims

1. An injection molding apparatus for forming shoe lasts, comprising a bottom mold, an upper mold that can be covered on the bottom mold, and a shoe last mold disposed between the upper mold and the bottom mold; wherein, When the upper mold and the bottom mold are closed, a receiving cavity is formed by an inner wall, so that the shoe last mold can be placed in the receiving cavity.
