Abstract

This application discloses a contact device for electromagnetic shielding, comprising a ring body formed by winding metal wire. The ring body includes spaced-apart elastic deformation units, each elastic deformation unit comprising a first concave arc strip, a second concave arc strip, and a lower semicircular arc strip. The first and second concave arc strips are connected via the lower semicircular arc strip. The first concave arc strip is connected to the second concave arc strip of an adjacent elastic deformation unit via a first upper semicircular arc strip. The second concave arc strip is connected to the first concave arc strip of an adjacent elastic deformation unit via a second upper semicircular arc strip. The projections of each lower semicircular arc strip are respectively disposed between each first upper semicircular arc strip and each second upper semicircular arc strip. This improves the electromagnetic shielding effect and extends the service life.

Claims

1. A contact device for electromagnetic shielding, disposed within a sleeve, comprising a ring formed by winding a metal wire, the ring comprising a plurality of elastically deformable units spaced apart, each elastically deformable unit comprising a first concave arc strip, a second concave arc strip, and a lower semicircular arc strip, the first concave arc strip and the second concave arc strip being connected through the lower semicircular arc strip, the first concave arc strip being connected to the second concave arc strip of an adjacent elastically deformable unit through a first upper semicircular arc strip, the second concave arc strip being connected to the first concave arc strip of an adjacent elastically deformable unit through a second upper semicircular arc strip, wherein the projections of each lower semicircular arc strip are respectively disposed between each first upper semicircular arc strip and each second upper semicircular arc strip.

2. The contact device for electromagnetic shielding as described in claim 1, wherein the ring body has a centerline, and each of the first concave arc strips and each of the second concave arc strips shares a horizontal centerline, the horizontal centerline being orthogonal to the centerline.

3. The contact device for electromagnetic shielding as described in claim 2, wherein each of the first concave arc strips and each of the second concave arc strips has a longitudinal tangent at the endpoints away from each of the lower semicircular arc strips, and each of the longitudinal tangents is parallel to the axis.

4. The contact device for electromagnetic shielding as described in claim 2, wherein the line connecting the endpoints of each of the lower semicircular arc strips away from the endpoints of each of the first concave arc strips and each of the second concave arc strips forms a first diameter, and the line connecting the endpoints of each of the first upper semicircular arc strips and each of the second upper semicircular arc strips away from the endpoints of each of the first concave arc strips and each of the second concave arc strips forms a second diameter, the first diameter being equal to the second diameter.
