Abstract

A cover opening and closing mechanism includes a support unit, a first opening and closing unit, and a second opening and closing unit. The support frame of the support unit can move in a first and a second direction to move the first and second opening and closing units above the tester to be opened. The first actuator of the first opening and closing unit moves in a first direction and, together with the support, moves along a first opening and closing cover path to hook and open the first cover of the tester. The third actuator of the second opening and closing unit moves relative to the second actuator in a first direction to clamp the second cover of the tester and, together with the support, moves along a second opening and closing cover path to unlock and open the second cover. This facilitates automated and rapid opening and closing of the tester, thereby improving production efficiency.

Claims

1. A cover opening / closing mechanism, comprising: a support unit: having at least one support frame, the support frame being capable of displacement in at least one direction; a first opening / closing unit: disposed on the support frame and having a first actuating member having a first engaging portion, the first actuating member being capable of displacement in the first direction and displacement along a first cover opening / closing path; a second opening / closing unit: disposed on the support frame and having a second actuating member and a third actuating member, the second actuating member having a second engaging portion and being capable of displacement in the first direction, the third actuating member having a third engaging portion and being capable of displacement in the first direction relative to the second engaging portion, the second actuating member and the third actuating member being capable of displacement along a second cover opening / closing path.

The cover opening and closing mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the supporting unit further comprises at least one upright, at least one first supporting driver and at least one second supporting driver, the first supporting driver being capable of driving the supporting frame to perform the first directional displacement, and the second supporting driver being mounted on the upright and capable of driving the first supporting driver and the supporting frame to perform the second directional displacement.

The cover opening and closing mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein the supporting unit further includes at least one third supporting actuator, the third supporting actuator being mounted on the stand and capable of driving the second supporting actuator, the first supporting actuator and the supporting frame to perform a third-dimensional displacement.

The opening and closing mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the first opening and closing unit is provided with a first opening and closing driver on the support frame, the first opening and closing driver being capable of driving the first actuator to perform the first directional displacement, the second opening and closing unit is provided with a second opening and closing driver on the support frame, the second opening and closing driver being capable of driving the second actuator to perform the first directional displacement, and the second opening and closing driver is equipped with a third opening and closing driver, the third opening and closing driver being capable of driving the third actuator to perform the first directional displacement.

5. The switch cover mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the third actuator of the second opening and closing unit is provided with a through hole for inserting the second actuator, and the third actuator is capable of relative displacement in the first direction along the second actuator.

6. A working device comprising: a base plate; at least one cover switch mechanism as described in claim 1: mounted on the base plate; at least one pickup mechanism: mounted on the cover switch mechanism and provided with at least one pickup capable of displacement in at least one direction to pick up and place electronic components.

7. The working device as described in claim 6 further includes at least one plate support and at least one plate mover, the plate support being mounted on the base plate and the plate mover being mounted on the base plate and capable of displacement in at least one direction.

8. The working apparatus as described in claim 6 further includes at least one image-capturing mechanism, which is provided with at least one image capture device.

9. The working device as described in any one of claims 6 to 8 further includes a displacement mechanism, the displacement mechanism being provided with at least one displacement driver capable of driving the base plate to perform at least one displacement in the first direction.

10. A workpiece, comprising: a machine base; at least one feeding device: disposed on the machine base and provided with at least one feeder for accommodating at least one electronic component; at least one workpiece as described in claim 7: disposed on the machine base, comprising a base plate, at least one cover opening and closing mechanism, at least one pick-up mechanism, at least one plate holder and at least one plate transferr, the plate holder being capable of holding a carrier plate with a tester, the plate transferr being capable of transferring the carrier plate of the plate holder by displacement in at least one direction, the cover opening and closing mechanism being capable of opening and closing a first cover and a second cover of the tester, the pick-up mechanism being capable of picking up and placing the electronic component on the tester; at least one transfer device: disposed on the machine base and provided with at least one transferr for transferring the feeding device, the workpiece, and the at least one electronic component; a central control device: disposed on the machine base for controlling and integrating the operation of the feeding device, the workpiece, and the transfer device to perform automated operation.
