Abstract

This invention provides a miniature loom model teaching aid, which includes a frame and a base, two warp control components, a heald plate, and several small shuttles connected within the frame. Each of the base, warp control components, heald plate, and small shuttles can be disassembled from the frame and assembled into a small, modular miniature loom model teaching aid.

Claims

1. A miniature loom model teaching aid, comprising: a frame; a base detachably connected to the inner side of the frame, including two side plates, each side plate having a plurality of through holes and insert holes; two heald supports disposed opposite to each other in the middle section of the two side plates, each having a first positioning part and a second positioning part, each first positioning part being located in the middle section of each heald support, each second positioning part being located at one end of each heald support; and a plurality of crossbeams spanning opposite to each other and connecting the two side plates by inserting into the insert holes of the two side plates at both ends. The two warp control components are detachably connected to the inner side of the frame and are located at both ends of the machine base. Each component includes a fabric roll shaft, a rotating wheel, a locking component, and a warp hanging rod. The two fabric roll shafts have multiple rope holes that are rotatably inserted into the holes of the two side plates. One end of each fabric roll shaft protrudes from the same side plate to accommodate the two rotating wheels. The surfaces of the two rotating wheels have multiple slots. The two locking components are located at one end of each rotating wheel on the outer side of the side plate, and each locking component has an inserting part that is correspondingly inserted into the slot, preventing the rotating wheel from rotating. The two warp hanging rods have multiple rope holes, and each warp hanging rod can be connected to one side of the two fabric roll shafts by passing a connecting rope through each rope hole. A heald plate, detachably connected to the inside of the frame, is inserted between the two heald plate seats. It includes a top rod, a bottom rod, and a plurality of connecting rods spaced apart between the top rod and the bottom rod. Each connecting rod has a warp hole. The two ends of the bottom rod can be positioned at a first positioning part or a second positioning part to allow the heald plate to change height relative to the machine base. Several small shuttles are detachably connected to the inside of the frame for winding and fixing a weft thread. Thus, by disassembling the machine base, the warp control components, the heald plate, and the small shuttles from the frame, a miniature loom model teaching aid can be assembled.

2. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 1 is generally flat, wherein, Each of the machine bases, warp control components, heddle pieces, and small shuttles are interconnected within the frame in a flat-lying manner relative to the ground via multiple connecting materials.

3. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 2, wherein, All components of the machine base, warp control assembly, heddle, small shuttle, frame, and connecting materials are integrally molded from the same material.

4. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 2 or 3, wherein, Each of the connecting materials is in the form of a wire and can be cut or removed by a cutting tool.

5. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 1, wherein, The first positioning part and the second positioning part each have an opening and a groove, and the two ends of the bottom rod are inserted into the groove or removed through the opening.

6. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 1 or 5, wherein, Each heddle holder is further provided with an abutment portion, which is located on one side of the first positioning portion and at one end of each heddle holder. When the two ends of the bottom rod of the heddle are inserted into the second positioning portion, the two ends of the top rod abut against each abutment portion.

7. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 6, wherein, Each of the abutting parts has an opening and a recess, and the two ends of the push rod are placed in or moved out of the recess through the openings.

8. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 1, wherein, The two warp rods are used to secure the two ends of multiple warp threads. The gaps between the connecting rods and the through holes are for different warp threads to pass through. Rotating the wheels can rotate the fabric roll shafts, which can then wind up the connecting ropes and move the two warp rods to one side of the fabric roll shafts, thereby tightening the warp threads to generate appropriate tension.

9. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 1 or 8, wherein, The two locking components are respectively locked in each through hole by a bolt group, and can be slightly rotated under force to lock the rotating wheel after it has been rotated.

10. The miniature loom model teaching aid as described in claim 1, wherein, The two warp control components each include a gasket, which is respectively disposed at the other end of the two fabric rolls protruding from the other side plate.
