Abstract

A modular preparation system for a plant-based compound nutrient solution includes: a compartmentalized low-temperature storage module for storing functional raw material liquids at 2-8°C under inert gas protection; a low-temperature premixing module connected to the compartmentalized low-temperature storage module for initial mixing at 15-25°C; a precise proportioning module connected to the low-temperature premixing module, with a proportioning error not exceeding ±1.5%; a low-shear mixing module connected to the precise proportioning module for mixing at a shear rate <500 s⁻¹; a vacuum homogenizing module connected to the low-shear mixing module for homogenization under negative pressure and low shear rate; a mild stabilization module connected to the vacuum homogenizing module for short-term treatment at 60-75°C for 15-90 seconds; and a nitrogen-filled encapsulation module connected to the mild stabilization module for encapsulation in a nitrogen environment.

3. The modular preparation system for the plant-based compound nutrient solution as described in claim 1, wherein the precise proportioning module introduces each of the functional raw material liquids according to the formula and ensures that the liquid phase viscosity is adjusted to 2–5 mPa·s to maintain homogeneity and stability.

4. The modular preparation system for the plant-based compound nutrient solution as described in claim 1, wherein the vacuum homogenizing module performs homogenization under low shear conditions, and ensures that 90% of the particle size distribution of the plant-based compound nutrient solution falls within the range of 100–300 nm, with batch-to-batch differences not exceeding ±5%.

5. The modular preparation system for the plant-based compound nutrient solution as described in claim 1, wherein the mild stabilization module employs a combination of instantaneous heating and rapid cooling to reduce the degradation rate of heat-sensitive active ingredients by at least 30% while retaining the original sensory quality.
