Abstract

This disclosure provides a fixing fixture for fixing a hard, brittle thin sheet to be cut, and includes a cavity, a negative pressure source, and a stage. The cavity has an opening. The negative pressure source communicates with the cavity. The stage is disposed at the opening and closes the cavity. The stage has a bearing plane, on which a boundary is defined, corresponding to the contour of the hard, brittle thin sheet, and the boundary encloses a closed region. The bearing plane has a plurality of holes, each hole penetrating the stage and communicating with the cavity. The holes are arranged in an array within the closed region, and the distribution density of these holes within the closed region is between 50 holes / cm² and 60 holes / cm².

Claims

1. A fixing fixture for fixing a hard, brittle sheet to be cut, the fixing fixture comprising: a cavity having an opening; a negative pressure source communicating with the cavity; and a stage disposed at the opening to close the cavity, the stage having a bearing plane, a boundary defined on the bearing plane corresponding to the contour of the hard, brittle sheet, and the boundary enclosing a closed region, the bearing plane having a plurality of holes, each hole penetrating the stage and communicating with the cavity; wherein... The holes are arranged in an array within the enclosed area, and the distribution density of the holes within the enclosed area is between 50 holes / cm² and 60 holes / cm².
