Abstract

A press-and-switch gas cylinder puncture device includes a base, a needle, a limiting end cap, a toothed switching element, a first return spring, a drive sleeve, a second return spring, and a pressing element. The base has a connecting end and an operating end, with a connecting hole between the connecting end and the operating end. The needle passes through the connecting hole and has a side-connecting structure. The limiting end cap is connected to the operating end and has an inner wall ratchet structure. The toothed switching element is connected to the needle and cooperates with the inner wall ratchet structure. The first return spring is used to elastically push against the toothed switching element. The drive sleeve is used to drive the toothed switching element to move. The second return spring is disposed between the drive sleeve and the toothed switching element. The pressing element is connected to the drive sleeve and is used to drive the drive sleeve and the toothed switching element, causing the needle to switch between a puncture position, an airtight position, and a deflation position. When the needle is in the venting position, the assembly end is connected to the operating end via the side connection structure.

Claims

1. A press-to-switch gas cylinder puncture device, comprising: a base having a connecting end and an operating end disposed opposite to each other, and a partition, the connecting end being for assembly to a gas cylinder mounting tube and having an accommodating space, the operating end having an movable space, the partition separating the accommodating space and the movable space and having a communicating hole extending axially from the accommodating space to the movable space; a needle movably inserted into the communicating hole, having a puncture end and a connecting end disposed opposite to each other, and the puncture end having a side-connecting structure; A limiting end cap, assembled to the operating end, has an inner end and an outer end, and a through hole penetrating the inner end and the outer end. An inner wall ratchet structure is provided adjacent to the inner end and the through hole. The inner wall ratchet structure includes a plurality of staggered first limiting tooth grooves and a plurality of second limiting tooth grooves, with the extension length of the second limiting tooth grooves being greater than the extension length of the first limiting tooth grooves. A tooth groove switching member is movably disposed within the movable space, fixed to the needle tip, and includes a plurality of radial protrusions. A first return spring is disposed in the movable space and elastically pushes against the tooth groove switching member, thereby pushing the tooth groove switching member to cause the radial protrusions to switchably engage with the first limiting tooth grooves or the second limiting tooth grooves. A drive sleeve, movably disposed in the perforation, is operably and elastically pushed against the radial protrusions, causing the radial protrusions to alternately abut against the first or second limiting tooth grooves; a second return spring is disposed between the drive sleeve and the tooth groove switching member to drive the drive sleeve to separate from the tooth groove switching member; and a pressing member is assembled to the drive sleeve for the user to push and operate the drive sleeve, so that the tooth groove switching member switches the needle tip between a puncture position, an airtight position, and a deflated position. When the radial protrusions are engaged with the first limiting tooth grooves, the tooth groove switching member is in the airtight position; when the radial protrusions are engaged with the second limiting tooth grooves, the tooth groove switching member is in the deflated position. When a gas cylinder is assembled into the gas cylinder mounting tube and one of the gas cylinder's sealing membranes extends into the receiving space, the pressing member is used to drive the needle to the puncture position and puncture the sealing membrane; after the sealing membrane is punctured and the needle is in the venting position, the side connecting structure connects the receiving space and the connecting hole; after the sealing membrane is punctured and the needle is in the airtight position, the needle seals and blocks the connecting hole, thus isolating the moving space from the receiving space.

2. The press-to-switch gas cylinder puncture device as described in claim 1, wherein, The base further includes a sealing ring, which is fixed to the connecting hole. When the needle is in the venting position, the side connecting structure passes through the sealing ring, allowing the accommodating space to connect to the connecting hole via the side connecting structure. When the needle is in the airtight position, the needle fits tightly against the sealing ring and blocks the accommodating space from the connecting hole, thereby isolating the moving space from the accommodating space.

3. The press-to-switch gas cylinder puncture device as described in claim 2, wherein, The base further includes a fixing plate and a fixing plug ring. The fixing plate is disposed between the connecting hole and the receiving space to abut against the sealing ring. The fixing plug ring is fixed to the receiving space and abuts against the fixing plate, so that the fixing plate tightly fixes the sealing ring.

4. The press-to-switch gas cylinder puncture device as described in claim 1, wherein, The side connection structure can be a notch, a groove, or a hole.

5. The press-to-switch gas cylinder puncture device as described in claim 1, wherein, The toothed switching component further includes a switching part and a limiting part. The radial protrusions are integrally formed from the circumferential surface of the switching part, and the limiting part is integrally formed from the switching part and is used to extend into the drive sleeve.

6. The press-to-switch gas cylinder puncture device as described in claim 5, wherein, The drive sleeve further includes a drive end and a force-receiving end disposed opposite to each other. The drive end has a serrated end face and a limiting groove. The serrated end face is used to abut against the radial protrusions. The limiting part extends into the limiting groove, and the second return spring is disposed in the limiting groove and located between the limiting part and the drive sleeve.

7. The press-to-switch gas cylinder puncture device as described in claim 5, wherein, The switching unit is further provided with a set of connection positioning slots, which are used to accommodate and position the set of connection terminals.
