Abstract

This invention discloses a battery device comprising multiple adjacent cell assemblies. Each cell assembly includes a mounting base, multiple cells, first and second conductive plates, a clamping member, and a retaining member. The first conductive plate is located on one inner side of the mounting base, having a first pad and a first extension arm extending towards the other inner side with a first through-hole. The second conductive plate is located on the other inner side of the mounting base, having a second pad and a second extension arm extending towards the first pad with a second through-hole. The clamping member has a third through-hole through which the retaining member passes. Between two adjacent cell assemblies, the clamping member is fitted onto the first extension arm of one and the second extension arm of the other. The retaining member passes through the first, second, and third through-holes and clamps the clamping member to hold the two extension arms.

Claims

1. A battery device, comprising: Multiple battery cell groups are arranged adjacent to each other. Each battery cell group includes: a mounting base including a first inner side and a second inner side at opposite positions; multiple battery cells disposed within the mounting base, each battery cell having two extreme ends, and the positions of the two extreme ends corresponding to the first inner side and the second inner side, respectively; and at least one first conductive sheet disposed on the first inner side of the mounting base, the at least one first conductive sheet including a first pad and a first extension arm connected to the first pad, the first pad being connected at positions corresponding to the multiple extreme ends of the first inner side, the first extension arm extending from the first pad toward the second inner side, and the first extension arm having a first through hole. At least one second conductive sheet is disposed on the second inner surface of the mounting base. The at least one second conductive sheet includes a second pad and a second extension arm connected to the second pad. The second extension arm extends from the second pad toward the first pad and has a second through hole. A clamping member and a pressing member are also provided. The clamping member has a third through hole through which the pressing member passes. In two adjacent cell groups, the clamping member is sleeved on the first extension arm of the at least one first conductive sheet of one cell group and the second extension arm of the at least one second conductive sheet of the other cell group. The pressing member passes through the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole, and the pressing member can press the clamping member to clamp the first extension arm and the second extension arm.

2. The battery device according to claim 1, wherein, The first extension arm includes a first wing and a second wing, the first wing and the second wing being spaced apart to form an elongated groove, and each of the first wing and the second wing having a notch facing the elongated groove, the notch of the first wing, the notch of the second wing, and a portion of the elongated groove together forming the first perforation.

3. The battery device according to claim 2, wherein, The second extension arm includes a wide segment and a narrow segment, the wide segment connecting to the second pad and having the second through hole, the narrow segment connecting to the wide segment, and the width of the narrow segment being smaller than the width of the wide segment.

4. The battery device according to claim 3, wherein, The clamping member includes two clamping portions, a bent portion connecting the two clamping portions, and an opening located on the bent portion. The clamping member passes through the narrow section through the opening. The bent portion abuts against the end of the first wing, the second wing, and the wide section. One of the clamping portions is located on the side of the wide section away from the first extension arm, and the other clamping portion is located on the side of the first extension arm away from the wide section. Both clamping portions share the third through hole. When the clamping member passes through the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole, the clamping member can force the two clamping portions to come into close contact.

5. The battery device according to claim 1, wherein, The mounting base includes a first base body and a second base body. The first base body includes a first end face and a plurality of first outer side walls connected to the first end face. The first end face has a first inner side surface for the first pad to be disposed. The plurality of first outer side walls are not parallel to the first end face and are spaced apart from each other. The second base body includes a second end face and a plurality of second outer side walls connected to the second end face. The second end face has a second inner side surface for the second pad to be disposed. The plurality of second outer side walls are not parallel to the second end face and are spaced apart from each other. A second extension arm passes through two adjacent second outer side walls and is located outside the second base body. The first extension arm passes through two adjacent second outer side walls and is located outside the first base body.

6. The battery device according to claim 5, wherein, Each of the first outer sidewalls has a latching block at the end away from the first end face, and each of the second outer sidewalls has a latching groove at the end away from the second end face. The geometry of the latching block corresponds to the geometry of the latching groove. The latching blocks of the plurality of first outer sidewalls abut against the inner edge of the latching groove of the plurality of second outer sidewalls to fix the first seat and the second seat.

7. The battery device according to claim 6, wherein, The inner edge of the buckle groove has multiple toothed notches, and the outer edge of the buckle block has multiple toothed protrusions, with the multiple toothed protrusions located within the multiple toothed notches.
