Abstract

A jerky structure is provided, including a jerky body and a groove. The groove is formed on the surface of the jerky body, wherein the depth of one groove is between 0.1 mm and 3.5 mm, the width of one groove is between 0.1 mm and 3 mm, and the spacing between one groove is between 1 mm and 2 mm.

Claims

1. A jerky structure comprising: a jerky body; and a groove formed on the surface of the jerky body, wherein one of the grooves has a depth between 0.1 mm and 3.5 mm, a width between 0.1 mm and 3 mm, and a spacing between the grooves between 1 mm and 2 mm.

2. The jerky structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the groove comprises a plurality of groove segments, and a distance between adjacent groove segments is the spacing.

3. The jerky structure as described in claim 1, wherein there are a plurality of grooves, and the distance between adjacent grooves is the spacing.

4. The jerky structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between the edge of the groove closest to the edge of the jerky body and the edge of the jerky body is between 1 mm and 2 mm.

5. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the groove is a continuous groove structure.

6. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the groove is a discrete groove structure.

7. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the groove is in the shape of a geometric or irregular shape.

8. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the shape of the groove is selected from the group consisting of circles, semicircles, arcs, rectangles, squares, grids, rhombuses, triangles, hexagonal honeycombs, checkerboards, fan shapes, rings, grids, dotted grids, radial shapes, windmills, and spirals.

9. The jerky structure as described in claim 3, wherein a plurality of the grooves are arranged in a geometric shape.

10. The jerky structure as described in claim 9, wherein the geometry is selected from the group consisting of circles, semicircles, arcs, rectangles, squares, grids, rhombuses, triangles, hexagonal honeycomb shapes, checkerboard shapes, fan shapes, rings, grids, dotted grids, radial shapes, windmill shapes, and spiral shapes.

11. The jerky structure as described in claim 3, wherein the plurality of the grooves are of the same shape.

12. The jerky structure as described in claim 3, wherein the plurality of the grooves are of different shapes.

13. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the material of the jerky body is selected from the group consisting of poultry meat, livestock meat and aquatic meat.

14. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the jerky structure is made by three-dimensional printing, molding, engraving, or a combination thereof.

15. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein one of the jerky bodies has a thickness between 4 mm and 10 mm.

16. The jerky structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the shape of the jerky body is selected from the group consisting of rectangles, circles, ellipses, triangles, pentagons and hexagons.
