Abstract
Claims
1. An antibacterial filter element suitable for filtering coolant in an AI server liquid cooling system, comprising: an outer frame having a plurality of openings; a filter media layer disposed within the outer frame, the filter media layer forming multiple filtration channels in a folded structure; and a composite antibacterial layer disposed on one surface of the filter media layer, the composite antibacterial layer comprising two or three materials selected from silver, copper, zinc and titanium.
2. The antibacterial filter cartridge as described in claim 1, wherein, The filter media layer is made of stainless steel sintered felt, stainless steel sintered mesh, chain mesh, or edge knot mesh.
3. The antibacterial filter cartridge as described in claim 1, wherein, These openings are circular openings with a diameter of 6mm, and they cover one of the exterior surfaces of the exoskeleton.
4. The antibacterial filter cartridge as described in claim 1, wherein, The filter media layer is made of SS316L grade stainless steel, and the outer frame is made of SS304 grade stainless steel.
5. The antibacterial filter element as described in claim 1, wherein, The filter media layer has a 36-fold structure, with each fold being 7.5 mm high.
6. The antibacterial filter cartridge as described in claim 1, wherein, The composite antibacterial layer achieved a 5B adhesion rating in the ASTM D3359 adhesion test.
7. The antibacterial filter cartridge as described in claim 1, wherein, The filtration accuracy of this filter media layer is 25 μm.
8. An AI server liquid cooling system comprising: a coolant circulation loop containing coolant; and an antibacterial filter element as described in claim 1, disposed in the coolant circulation loop to filter impurities and inhibit microbial growth, thereby extending the lifespan of the liquid cooling system.
