Abstract

This invention proposes an antibacterial filter element suitable for filtering coolant in an AI server liquid cooling system, comprising an outer frame, a filter media layer, and a composite antibacterial layer. The outer frame includes a plurality of openings. The filter media layer is disposed within the outer frame, and the filter media layer forms multiple filtration channels with a folded structure. The composite antibacterial layer is disposed on one surface of the filter media layer, and the composite antibacterial layer comprises two or three materials selected from silver, copper, zinc, and titanium. This invention also proposes an AI server liquid cooling system, including a coolant circulation loop and the aforementioned antibacterial filter element. Therefore, this invention can inhibit microbial growth and extend system life.

Claims

1. An antibacterial filter element suitable for filtering coolant in an AI server liquid cooling system, comprising: an outer frame having a plurality of openings; a filter media layer disposed within the outer frame, the filter media layer forming multiple filtration channels in a folded structure; and a composite antibacterial layer disposed on one surface of the filter media layer, the composite antibacterial layer comprising two or three materials selected from silver, copper, zinc and titanium.

2. The antibacterial filter cartridge as described in claim 1, wherein, The filter media layer is made of stainless steel sintered felt, stainless steel sintered mesh, chain mesh, or edge knot mesh.
