Electronic Business Card Generation System

Abstract

An electronic business card generation system includes a storage device and a processing device, wherein the processing device is connected to the storage device. The storage device stores multiple user data entries for each of multiple users. The processing device receives business card application data, which includes the applicant's identification information, and the applicant is one of the multiple users. Upon completion of the business card application approval process, the processing device fills in the multiple user data entries corresponding to the applicant into multiple corresponding fields of one of multiple preset business card templates to generate an electronic business card file. Based on the electronic business card file, a printed business card file is generated, and the printed business card file is output to an external printing device or an external printing service system.

Claims

1. An electronic business card generation system, comprising: A storage device for storing multiple user data entries for each user; And a processing device connected to the storage device, configured to: receive business card application information, wherein the business card application information contains identification information of an applicant, the applicant being one of the users; when the business card application information completes an approval process, fill in the user information corresponding to the applicant into multiple corresponding fields of one of multiple preset business card templates to generate an electronic business card file; generate a printed business card file based on the electronic business card file; and output the printed business card file to an external printing device or an external printing service system.

The electronic business card generation system as described in claim 1, wherein the identification information or the user data corresponding to the applicant includes the applicant's department or unit, and the processing device is further configured to: select one of the preset business card templates based on the department or unit.

The electronic business card generation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing device is configured to: import the electronic business card file into a drawing software; and use the drawing software to add a border to the pattern corresponding to the electronic business card file to form the printed business card file.

The electronic business card generation system as described in claim 1 further includes: a terminal device connected to the processing device and having an application installed thereon, the terminal device being used to receive the electronic business card file from the processing device through the application, so as to display the electronic business card file in the application.

5. The electronic business card generation system as described in claim 4, wherein the terminal device is further configured to output the electronic business card file to an external communication software or social media platform via the application.

The electronic business card generation system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the processing device is further configured to convert the electronic business card file into a QR code and transmit the QR code to the terminal device, and the terminal device is further configured to display the QR code in the application.

The electronic business card generation system as described in claim 1, wherein the processing device receives the business card application information through a web interface, the web interface providing the applicant with input of the identification information and submission of the approval process.

The electronic business card generation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing device is further configured to, before generating the printed business card file, perform: converting the business card application information into a printing order format; and triggering the generation of the printed business card file when the printing order format information completes a fee approval procedure.

9. The electronic business card generation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing device is further configured to convert one of the user data into a QR code, and the electronic business card file contains the QR code.
