Abstract

This invention relates to a bicycle dropper seatpost structure, which is mainly for convenient pre-installation and adjustment of the dropper seatpost. It includes: a dropper seatpost; a center tube through which the dropper seatpost extends into a first space provided in the center tube, wherein the center tube further includes an actuating seat; a linkage assembly connected to a receiving space in the side tube; and a cassette assembly, which includes a cassette fastener and an actuator. The cassette assembly and the linkage assembly are pre-installed on the center tube and the side tube, and installation is completed simply by inserting the dropper seatpost into the center tube.

Claims

1. A bicycle dropper seatpost structure, comprising: a dropper seatpost; a center tube, wherein the dropper seatpost extends through a first space provided in the center tube, wherein the center tube further includes an actuating seat, and the actuating seat is disposed in the first space and corresponds to the dropper seatpost, and a side tube extends from the side of the center tube, so that the center tube and the side tube are integrally formed, and the side tube is provided with a second space, wherein the first space and the second space are connected; a linkage assembly, wherein the linkage assembly is connected to the receiving space of the side tube; and a cassette assembly, wherein the cassette assembly includes a locking member and an actuator, wherein one end of the locking member is connected to the actuating seat of the center tube, and the actuator is connected to the linkage assembly, and the other end of the locking member passes through the center tube and abuts against the actuator.

2. The bicycle dropper seat tube structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second space of the side tube is provided with two ears at the top and middle positions.

The bicycle dropper seat post structure as described in claim 2, wherein the linkage assembly further includes two pivot members and two elastic members, and one end of the pivot member is connected to the two lugs of the second space, and the two elastic members are installed between the two lugs and the pivot member, wherein the other end of the pivot member is connected to the drive member of the cassette assembly.

4. The bicycle dropper seat post structure as described in claim 3, wherein the driving member of the cassette assembly has two protrusions corresponding to the pivot member, and the two protrusions are connected and fixed to the two pivot members.

5. The bicycle dropper seat post structure as described in claim 1 or 4, wherein the fastener is provided with a fixing tooth, and the driving member is provided with several positioning grooves, wherein the fixing tooth arbitrarily abuts against the several positioning grooves.

6. The bicycle dropper seat tube structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the dropper seat tube further includes a cylinder, and the cylinder is fixed inside the dropper seat tube, and a spindle of the cylinder is connected to the actuating seat of the center tube.

7. The bicycle dropper seat post structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the linkage component further includes a pull cable connected to the drive member of the cassette assembly, and the pull cable extends from the second space of the side tube into the first space of the center tube.

The bicycle drop seat tube structure as described in claim 1, wherein the surface of the middle tube is provided with two fixing holes, and the middle tube further includes two positioning components, wherein the two positioning components extend through the two fixing holes respectively and are connected and fixed to both sides of the actuator seat, so that the actuator seat is fixed inside the middle tube.

9. The bicycle dropper seatpost structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pivot is deflected to a first positioning point and the cassette assembly closes the cylinder to a locked state; wherein the pivot is deflected to a second positioning point and the cassette assembly is used to release the cylinder from the locked state; and wherein the pivot is deflected to a third positioning point and the cassette assembly is used to disengage the driving member.

10. The bicycle dropper seat tube structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the actuator of the center tube is fixed to the bottom of the dropper seat tube, that is, the actuator and the dropper seat tube are integrated.
