Abstract
Claims
1. A floating connector module, comprising: A first housing includes a first through hole; a first connector assembly partially disposed through the first through hole; a fastener through which the first connector assembly is disposed in the first housing, the fastener including a head; and an elastic member abutting between the head and the first connector assembly to allow the first connector assembly to be floatably disposed in the first housing.
2. The floating connector module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first housing includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, the first through hole penetrates the first surface and the second surface, the first connector assembly includes a first substrate and a first connector unit fixed on the first substrate, the first substrate is located next to the second surface and is pushed by the elastic member, and the first connector unit passes through the first through hole and normally protrudes from the first surface of the first housing.
3. The floating connector module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing member includes a locking section away from the head, a straight cylindrical section between the locking section and the head, and a necking section between the straight cylindrical section and the head, the locking section passing through a portion of the first connector assembly and locking to the first housing, the diameter of the necking section being smaller than the diameter of the straight cylindrical section, and the elastic member being sleeved on the straight cylindrical section and the necking section.
4. The floating connector module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the fixing member includes an expanding section located between the straight section and the necking section, the expanding section at least partially widening towards the diameter of the necking section.
5. The floating connector module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the elastic element includes a first end and a second end opposite each other, the first end being located within the necking section, and the diameter of the first end being smaller than the diameter of the second end.
6. The floating connector module as described in claim 1, further comprising: A second housing includes a second through hole; and a second connector assembly is fixed to the second housing and partially disposed through the second through hole, wherein when the second housing is assembled to the first housing, the second connector assembly pushes against and is connected to the first connector assembly.
7. The floating connector module as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second connector assembly includes a second substrate and a second connector unit fixed on the second substrate, and the second substrate is further provided with a plurality of light sources.
8. The floating connector module as described in claim 7, further comprising: A light guide plate is disposed in the second housing and adjacent to the light sources.
9. The floating connector module as claimed in claim 6, wherein each of the first housing and the second housing is a heat sink.
10. The floating connector module as claimed in claim 6, wherein one of the first connector assembly and the second connector assembly includes a plurality of spring pins, and the other includes a plurality of pads corresponding to the spring pins.
