Abstract
Claims
1. A shock-absorbing structure for a caster, comprising: A connecting seat has a mounting portion and a plurality of connecting portions, each of which is fixedly connected to an external carrier; a main support is for mounting at least one wheel and has a pivot portion formed on the main support and a mounting groove formed around the outside of the pivot portion; a shock-absorbing assembly includes a protective member movably mounted on the mounting portion and an elastic element, one end of the elastic element being disposed in the mounting groove and the other end being sleeved on the protective member; a support shaft passes through the pivot portion, the elastic element, the protective member, and the connecting seat, so that the main support is pivotally connected to one side of the connecting seat; and a braking assembly includes an operating member movably mounted on the main support, a plurality of limiting portions formed on the outside of the axle of the wheel, and a stop portion formed on the operating member and inserted between the limiting portions.
2. The shock-absorbing structure of the caster as described in claim 1, wherein the operating element has an extension.
3. The shock-absorbing structure of the caster as described in claim 2, wherein the extension protrudes from the outer carrier.
4. The shock-absorbing structure of the caster as described in claim 1, wherein the main support has at least one limiting groove and a resistance portion formed in the limiting groove, and the operating member has a second stop portion movably disposed in the limiting groove.
5. The shock-absorbing structure of the caster as described in claim 1, wherein the outer sidewall of the protective member has a plurality of toothed protrusions.
6. The shock-absorbing structure of the caster as described in claim 1, wherein one side of the mounting groove has a protective wall for shielding the elastic element.
7. The shock-absorbing structure of the caster as described in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the elastic element is larger than the diameter of the support shaft.
