Abstract

This novel single-strand spring structure includes: a wire body, which is helically wound, having a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end are connected by a plurality of spring coils, each spring coil being further divided into a plurality of first coils, a plurality of second coils, and a plurality of third coils. The diameters of the aforementioned coils, from shortest to longest, are sequentially designated as first coils, second coils, and third coils. Each spring coil gradually expands from the first end and the second end toward each other, sequentially designated as first coils, second coils, and third coils. By designing the wire body to be narrow at the top and bottom and wide in the middle, the problem of the spring coils being squeezed to the sides during compression, affecting the surrounding wire body, and thus preventing them from tangling together can be effectively avoided.

Claims

1. A single-strand spring structure, comprising: A single thread is spirally wound and has a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end are connected by a plurality of spring coils, and each spring coil can be further divided into a plurality of first rings, a plurality of second rings, and a plurality of third rings. The diameters of the aforementioned rings are arranged in ascending order as first rings, second rings, and third rings. Each spring coil gradually expands from the first end and the second end toward each other and is arranged in the order of first rings, second rings, and third rings.

The single-strand spring structure as described in claim 1, wherein a plurality of first intervals, a plurality of second intervals, and a plurality of third intervals are formed between each spring coil, the aforementioned intervals being arranged in ascending order of length as each first interval, each second interval, and each third interval, and the first terminal and the second terminal being arranged in ascending order of length towards each other as each first interval, each second interval, and each third interval.
