Abstract

This invention discloses a horizontal adjustment structure for a jig platform, comprising a base plate, a plurality of support rods, a horizontal fine-tuning mechanism, and a jig platform. The base plate has a plurality of holes through which the support rods pass vertically, with an isolation gap between the edges of the support rods and the holes. The ends of the support rods not in contact with the horizontal fine-tuning mechanism are connected to a deformation-resistant main steel beam. The horizontal fine-tuning mechanism is located at the top of the support rods to compensate for height differences. The jig platform is movably mounted at the top of the horizontal fine-tuning mechanism. This invention, through the isolation gaps and independent support paths, ensures that the horizontal accuracy of the jig platform is independent of the deformation of the base plate structure, effectively ensuring the consistency of the trajectory when the robotic arm picks up and places products, solving the problems of collisions or abnormal material handling caused by horizontal deviation, and maintaining long-term accuracy.

Claims

1. A jig stand horizontal adjustment structure, comprising: a base plate disposed in the main body of a working device, the base plate having a plurality of through holes; a plurality of support rods, each vertically passing through the holes, each support rod having a top end and a bottom end, and the outer diameter of the column of the support rods being smaller than the diameter of the holes, thereby forming an isolation gap between the periphery of the support rods and the hole wall; a horizontal fine-tuning mechanism disposed at the top end of the support rods for compensating for the height difference between the support rods; and a jig stand disposed on the horizontal fine-tuning mechanism for supporting a workpiece.

2. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the support rods is fixedly connected to a deformation-resistant main steel beam, so that the support reference of the support rods is independent of the base plate.

3. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein the leveling fine adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment seat and a fine adjustment component, which may be a fine thread structure or a differential screw.

4. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein the leveling fine-tuning mechanism further includes an arc surface adjustment component that provides multi-degree-of-freedom leveling correction.

5. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein a level detector is further provided on the surface of the jig platform.

6. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 5, wherein the leveling fine-tuning mechanism further includes an active drive element and a microprocessor, the microprocessor being electrically connected to the level detector and the active drive element, and controlling the active drive element to automatically adjust the level of the jig platform according to the signal from the level detector.

7. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein the support rods are made of high-rigidity metal.

8. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein the radial distance of the isolation gap is between 1 mm and 15 mm.

9. The jig platform leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein the number of support rods is three and they are arranged in a triangular pattern on the base plate.

10. The jig leveling adjustment structure as described in claim 1, wherein the jig leveling adjustment structure is applied in an automated work environment with a robotic arm to maintain a parallelism reference between the workpiece and the robotic arm.
