Abstract

This invention provides a mahjong machine stacking, pushing, and lifting device, including a card-raising housing with a mounting base inside. A pushing mechanism is rotatably mounted on the mounting base. One side of the card-raising housing has a lifting slot connected to a card-raising track, within which a lifting mechanism is movably mounted. A mahjong card stacking and pushing mechanism is located within the card-raising track. A drive mechanism is located at the lower end of the card-raising housing, connected to a gear transmission mechanism mounted on the housing. The gear transmission mechanism drives the pushing and lifting mechanisms to move and lift the cards. In practical use, a single motor enables the pushing, lifting, and stacking mechanisms to operate, achieving the automatic stacking, pushing, and lifting functions of the mahjong machine. This solves the problems of existing technologies where excessive motors lead to cumbersome assembly, complex structures, and high costs, and where numerous linkage components affect the operating efficiency of the mahjong machine during stacking, pushing, and lifting.

Claims

1. A mahjong machine stacking, pushing, and lifting device, comprising a tile-loading housing, an installation base inside the tile-loading housing, a tile-loading track on the outer side of the installation base, the tile-loading track being annular, a pushing mechanism rotatably mounted on the installation base, a lifting groove on one side of the tile-loading housing communicating with the tile-loading track, the lifting groove extending outward along the circumferential tangent of the tile-loading track, a lifting mechanism movably mounted within the lifting groove, a mahjong tile stacking and pushing mechanism within the tile-loading track, a driving mechanism at the lower end of the tile-loading housing, the driving mechanism being connected to a gear transmission mechanism mounted on the tile-loading housing, the gear transmission mechanism driving the pushing mechanism and the lifting mechanism to move and load tiles.

2. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and lifting device as described in claim 1, wherein, The card-pushing mechanism includes a card-pushing rod and a card-pushing head mounted on the card-pushing rod. The rotation of the card-pushing rod drives the card-pushing head to move along the card-feeding track.

3. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and raising device as described in claim 1, wherein, The card-lifting mechanism includes a card-lifting plate hinged to a card-lifting slot and a card-lifting frame for connecting a gear transmission mechanism and the card-lifting plate.

4. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and lifting device as described in claim 1, wherein, The gear transmission mechanism includes a pusher gear transmission assembly connected to the pusher rod and capable of driving the pusher rod to rotate intermittently along the circumference of the card-raising track, and a lifting gear transmission assembly linked to the lifting plate and capable of driving the lifting plate to move up and down when the pusher rod stops.

5. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and lifting device as described in claim 4, wherein, The card-pushing gear transmission assembly includes a card-pushing driving wheel and a card-pushing driven wheel. The card-pushing driving wheel meshes with the card-pushing driven wheel. The rotation of the card-pushing driving wheel drives the card-pushing driven wheel to rotate. The card-pushing driven wheel is provided with push posts arranged in a circumferential interval. The mounting base is provided with grooves that match the push posts. The card-pushing driven wheel is embedded in the mounting base, thereby driving the card-pushing rod to rotate intermittently along the card-feeding track.

6. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and lifting device as described in claim 5, wherein, The card-lifting gear transmission assembly includes a card-lifting drive wheel and a card-lifting driven wheel. The card-lifting drive wheel meshes with the card-lifting driven wheel. The rotation of the card-lifting drive wheel drives the rotation of the card-lifting driven wheel. The card-lifting driven wheel is connected to the card-lifting plate and is fixedly connected to the card-lifting plate, so that when the card-pushing rod stops, it can drive the card-lifting plate to move up and down.

7. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and raising device as described in claim 1, wherein, The drive mechanism includes a drive motor and a transmission shaft located at the lower end of the card holder housing. The transmission shaft is connected to the output shaft of the drive motor. Both the push-card drive wheel and the lift-card drive wheel are located on the transmission shaft.

8. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and raising device as described in claim 1, wherein, The mahjong tile stacking mechanism includes a cam body that is connected to a gear transmission mechanism. The lower end of the cam body is connected to a cam platform, and the bottom of the cam platform is connected to a tile stacking structure. The circumferential surface of the cam body has a curved lifting track. The guide rod is equipped with a tile stacking plate that can move up and down. The tile stacking plate is fixedly connected to the guide rod, which extends into the curved lifting track. When the cam body rotates, the curved lifting track drives the guide rod and the tile stacking plate to move up and down reciprocally.

9. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and lifting device as described in claim 7, wherein, The drive motor drives the lifting plate drive wheel to rotate, and the lifting plate driven wheel is coaxially mounted with the cam body, so as to drive the guide rod to rotate along the curved lifting track on the outer side of the cam body.

10. The mahjong machine tile stacking, pushing, and lifting device as described in claim 8, wherein, The card-pushing structure includes a card-pushing plate and a card-pushing arm. One end of the card-pushing arm is connected to the card-pushing plate, and the other end of the card-pushing arm is connected to the bottom of the cam table.
