Abstract

A dust cover structure includes a bottom shell and a ring wall, forming an accommodating space. The surface of the bottom shell has a plurality of radially distributed protrusions, with grooves forming between them. One end of the grooves converges in the middle of the bottom shell. A guide rib is formed in the center of the bottom shell, with axial perforations and recesses facing the grooves, allowing cleaning fluid injected from the outside to scatter along the grooves and contact the bottom surface of the suction cup. The end face of the guide rib is at the same height as the highest point of the protrusions, ensuring the bottom surface of the suction cup is parallel to the bottom shell and allowing for uniform distribution of the cleaning fluid. The dust cover structure can be fitted onto an adsorption bracket, covering the bottom surface of the suction cup to prevent dust, and cleaning is achieved through rotational friction.

Claims

1. A dust cover structure comprising a bottom shell and a ring wall surrounding the boundary of the bottom shell, the bottom shell and the ring wall forming an accommodating space, characterized in that a plurality of protrusions are formed on the surface of the bottom shell, the protrusions being radially distributed relative to the center of the bottom shell, a groove being formed between adjacent protrusions, and one end of each groove converging in the middle portion of the bottom shell; a guide rib is also formed on the surface of the bottom shell, the protrusion direction of the guide rib being the same as that of the protrusions, and a rib end face of the guide rib and the highest point of the protrusions being at the same height relative to the lowest point of the bottom shell in the accommodating space, the bottom shell having an axial through hole penetrating the middle position of the guide rib, so that the accommodating space communicates with the outside, and a notch is provided on the wall of the guide rib facing one of the grooves.

2. The dust cover structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface of each boss forms a boss low and a boss high, the boss low being located in the middle portion of each boss and adjacent to an inner annular surface of the ring wall.

3. The dust cover structure as described in claim 1, wherein the highest point of the protrusions forms the boundary of the groove.

4. The dust cover structure as described in claim 1, wherein an inner circumferential surface of the ring wall and the protrusions are spaced apart.

5. The dust cover structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the annular wall forms an L-shaped guide channel, the L-shaped guide channel including a circumferential portion and a radial portion, the circumferential portion having a circumferential guide channel bottom surface adjacent to the bottom shell and a circumferential guide channel top surface away from the bottom shell relative to the circumferential guide channel bottom surface.

6. The dust cover structure as described in claim 5, wherein the rib end face of the guide rib, the highest point of the bosses, and the bottom surface of the circumferential guide groove are at the same height relative to the lowest point of the bottom shell in the accommodating space.
