Abstract

A magnetic support structure includes a base body, a support, and a charging base. The support connects the base body and the charging base. The charging base includes a connecting shell, a first intermediate shell, a second intermediate shell, a top plate, and a pivot. The first and second intermediate shells together define a first chamber for housing a charging board, and the top plate and the second intermediate shell together define a second chamber for housing an induction coil. The pivot passes through a central hole in the connecting shell and is fixed to the axial positioning area of the first intermediate shell, allowing the first and second intermediate shells to pivot relative to the connecting shell, enabling the interface of the charging board to be angularly adjusted relative to the support body.

Claims

1. A magnetic support structure, comprising: a charging base, including a connecting shell, a first intermediate shell, a second intermediate shell, an upper plate, and a rotating shaft, wherein, The first middle shell is fixed to one side of the second middle shell and defines a first chamber for placing a charging plate. The upper plate is fixed to the other side of the second middle shell and defines a second chamber for placing an induction coil, which is electrically connected to the charging plate. The rotating shaft passes through a central through hole in the connecting shell and is fixed to an axial positioning area of the first middle shell, so that the first middle shell and the second middle shell can pivot relative to the connecting shell. A bracket includes a bracket body and two shafts located at the two ends away from the bracket body. The two shafts are respectively connected to a base body and a lateral shaft hole on one side of the connecting shell of the charging base.

2. The magnetic support structure as described in claim 1, wherein the charging base includes a magnetic ring positioned on the other side of the second inner shell and surrounding the induction coil.

3. The magnetic support structure as described in claim 1, wherein the base body includes a turntable and an adsorption base, another shaft of the support is connected to the turntable, and the center of the turntable is rotatable relative to the adsorption base.

4. The magnetic support structure as described in claim 1, wherein the second inner shell includes an inner shell base plate and an annular sidewall surrounding the inner shell base plate, an inner groove is formed on one side of the inner shell base plate, and the inner shell base plate has a base plate side through hole penetrating through the bottom surface of the inner groove to communicate with the first chamber and the second chamber.

5. The magnetic support structure as described in claim 4, wherein the annular sidewall of the second middle shell is provided with an annular sidewall opening for aligning with the interface of the charger board, and the remaining part of the charger board is covered by the annular sidewall of the second middle shell and the first middle shell.

6. The magnetic support structure as described in claim 1, wherein a ferrite magnetic shield is further included between the induction coil and the upper plate.
