Abstract

This invention relates to a three-dimensional honeycomb cup sleeve, comprising a body, which is a long sheet defined in both length and width directions, and includes a plurality of intermediate strips closely arranged along the length direction. A break line separates any two adjacent intermediate strips. Each intermediate strip has a plurality of intersecting connecting segments and a plurality of intermediate segments. Each intermediate segment is disconnected from two adjacent intermediate strips by a break line, and each connecting segment is disconnected from one of the adjacent intermediate strips by a break line and connected to another adjacent intermediate strip. In use, the body can be pulled open along its length direction to form a ring, allowing the two ends of the body to connect, the intermediate strips to flip from the length direction towards the thickness direction, and the break line to unfold to form a plurality of hexagonal holes, thus creating a three-dimensional honeycomb structure.

Claims

1. A three-dimensional honeycomb cup sleeve, comprising: a body, which is an elongated sheet defined with a length direction and a width direction perpendicular to each other, and having two ends opposite each other in the length direction and two sides opposite each other in the width direction; the body comprising a plurality of intermediate strips closely arranged along the length direction; a discontinuous slit line extending to the two sides between any two adjacent intermediate strips; each intermediate strip having a plurality of interlocking connecting segments and a plurality of intermediate segments; each intermediate segment being disconnected from two adjacent intermediate strips by the discontinuous slit line; each connecting segment being disconnected from one of the adjacent intermediate strips by the discontinuous slit line and connected to a corresponding connecting segment on another adjacent intermediate strip; wherein, The body can be pulled open along the length direction to form a ring, so that the two ends of the body can be joined together, so that the plurality of middle strips can be flipped from the length direction toward a thickness direction perpendicular to the length direction and the width direction, and so that the discontinuous cleaving lines can be unfolded to form a plurality of hexagonal holes.

The three-dimensional honeycomb cup sleeve as described in claim 1, wherein the body has a slit extending inward from the outer edge of the body at each of its two ends, the slits at the two ends of the body being inclined at the same angle but in opposite directions with respect to the width direction, so as to interlock when the body is wrapped in a ring.

3. The three-dimensional honeycomb cup sleeve as described in claim 2, wherein the body has a thickness in the thickness direction, the thickness of the body being greater than or equal to 0.1 mm and less than or equal to 0.8 mm.

4. The three-dimensional honeycomb cup sleeve as described in claim 1, wherein the body has a thickness in the thickness direction, the thickness of the body being greater than or equal to 0.1 mm and less than or equal to 0.8 mm.

5. A three-dimensional honeycomb cup sleeve as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the length of the middle segment in the width direction is the same as the length of the connecting segment in the width direction.
