Abstract

An adjustment structure for a television signal amplifier includes a base and a knob. The base is fixed to the circuit board of the television signal amplifier. A through groove is formed in the base, and a limiting protrusion is provided on the inner sidewall surrounding the through groove. The knob has a gripping part and a plugging part. The plugging part passes through the through groove of the base, and an abutting protrusion is provided on the circumferential sidewall of the plugging part. When the knob can be driven to rotate, the abutting protrusion can selectively abut against one of the two opposite sides of the limiting protrusion, thereby limiting the rotation angle of the knob to within one revolution. This prevents sudden and drastic changes in signal that could damage the electronic circuitry. Installers can also clearly perceive the angle positions of the minimum and maximum signal values during adjustment, allowing for quick completion of adjustments and reducing the occurrence of accidents.

Claims

1. A measurement and adjustment structure for a television signal amplifier, mounted on a circuit board of the television signal amplifier, the measurement and adjustment structure comprising: A base is fixed on the circuit board, and a through groove is formed through the base. A limiting protrusion is provided on an inner sidewall surrounding the through groove. A knob has a gripping part and a plugging part. The plugging part is located at the bottom end of the gripping part and passes through the through groove of the base. An abutting protrusion is provided on the annular sidewall of the plugging part. The knob can be driven to rotate relative to the base, so that the abutting protrusion selectively abuts against one of the two opposite sides of the limiting protrusion of the base.

2. The measurement and adjustment structure of the television signal amplifier as described in claim 1, wherein, The limiting protrusion of the base and the abutting protrusion of the knob limit the rotation angle of the knob to within one revolution, allowing the signal to be adjusted back and forth between the maximum and minimum values.

3. The tuning structure of the television signal amplifier as described in claim 1, wherein: The outer diameter of the plug portion of the aforementioned knob is larger than the outer diameter of the grip portion; the adjustment structure further includes a socket, which is sleeved on the plug portion of the knob and fixed to the aforementioned circuit board.

4. The tuning structure of the television signal amplifier as described in claim 2, wherein: The outer diameter of the plug portion of the aforementioned knob is larger than the outer diameter of the grip portion; the adjustment structure further includes a socket, which is sleeved on the plug portion of the knob and fixed to the aforementioned circuit board.

5. The tuning structure of the television signal amplifier as described in claim 3 or 4, wherein: The socket has a main body, two side bodies, and a sleeve. The two opposite sides of the main body are the inner side and the outer side, respectively. The two side bodies are respectively located on opposite sides of the main body and are bent in the direction of the inner side of the main body. The sleeve is located on the outer side of the main body and passes through the main body. The grip portion of the aforementioned knob is disposed through the sleeve of the socket, and the insertion portion abuts against the inner side of the main body.

6. The tuning structure of the television signal amplifier as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The top of the grip has a pair of positioning marks.
