Abstract
Claims
1. A case retrieval summary system, suitable for communicating with a user terminal device, and comprising: a communication unit capable of establishing a communication channel with the user terminal device; a storage unit storing a case database, the case database including multiple case records and a keyword lookup table, each case record including a case summary and having a corresponding case number, the keyword lookup table having multiple keywords, each keyword corresponding to at least one of the corresponding case numbers; and a processing unit electrically connected to the communication unit and the storage unit, and communicating with the user terminal device through the communication unit; wherein... The processing unit receives a case retrieval request from the user terminal device, which includes at least one keyword. Based on the at least one keyword included in the case retrieval request, the processing unit searches for at least one case number corresponding to the at least one keyword in the keyword lookup table, and retrieves at least one case data with the found at least one case number from the case database. Based on the at least one keyword and the retrieved at least one case data, the processing unit calculates at least one relevance score. The processing unit sorts the at least one case summary included in the retrieved at least one case data according to the at least one relevance score, and provides the sorted at least one case summary to the user terminal device.
2. The case retrieval summary system as described in claim 1, wherein, Each case data includes a date. When the processing unit retrieves the case data with each case number from the case database based on the found case number and calculates the relevance score of each case data, and determines that at least two case data have the same relevance score, the processing unit sorts the case data into case summaries based on the dates of the case data with the same relevance score.
3. The case retrieval summary system as described in claim 1, wherein, The processing unit will mark the text in the sorted case summary that matches the at least one keyword with different colors.
4. The case retrieval summary system as described in claim 1, wherein, The processing unit also communicates with a case server via the communication unit. The case server stores case source data, which includes case content data and a case number. The storage unit also stores a predetermined schedule and a natural language model trained using machine learning. The processing unit imports and stores the case source data from the case server into the case database according to the predetermined schedule, and executes the natural language model. This causes the natural language model to generate a corresponding case summary and at least one keyword based on the case content data included in the case source data. Finally, the processing unit adds and stores case information corresponding to the case source data, including the case number and the case summary. The data is uploaded to the case database; and when the processing unit determines that the key lookup table contains the at least one keyword generated by the natural language model, the processing unit adds the case number included in the newly added case data to the key lookup table and makes it correspond to the at least one keyword; when the processing unit determines that the key lookup table does not contain the at least one keyword included by the natural language model and does not contain the at least one keyword included in the newly added case data, the processing unit adds the at least one keyword generated by the natural language model and the case number included in the case data to the key lookup table and makes the newly added at least one keyword correspond to the case number.
