Abstract

This invention discloses a biometric information synchronization management system with multi-agent unit consistency monitoring, anomaly analysis, and corrective decision-making. It includes a central management host, a group database, multiple biometric terminal devices, a consistency monitoring module, a record comparison module, an anomaly analysis module, a question-and-answer interaction module, a corrective decision-making module, and a notification module. By comparing the biometric data and records of the backend with those of each terminal device, it can automatically detect inconsistencies, missing uploads, or abnormal events, and proactively generate corrective suggestions for administrators to confirm whether to implement the corrections, thereby improving the completeness and automation of multi-group device management.

Claims

1. A biometric information synchronization management system with multi-agent unit consistency monitoring, anomaly analysis, and corrective decision-making, comprising: a plurality of biometric terminal devices; a central management host, communicatively connected to the biometric terminal devices via a device communication module, for storing biometric data, user data, group setting data, and background records for each of the biometric terminal devices; a group database, electrically connected to the central management host or connected via a network, for establishing a reference dataset for each of the biometric terminal devices in the plurality of groups; a consistency monitoring module, for reading the status data of the group database and the biometric terminal devices to establish a group consistency matrix and generate a difference result, wherein the difference result is used to determine whether the status data of each of the biometric terminal devices is consistent with the corresponding reference dataset in the group database; and an anomaly analysis module, for determining whether an anomaly has occurred based on the difference result, and analyzing the cause of the anomaly and generating a corrective suggestion for the corresponding cause when the anomaly occurs. A correction decision module is used to receive a confirmation instruction for the corresponding correction suggestion and issue a control command in response to the confirmation instruction to perform device synchronization, recording processing or device status adjustment of the biometric terminal devices; and a notification module is used to issue an alert and a notification when the anomaly analysis module determines that an anomaly has occurred, wherein the consistency monitoring module is electrically connected to the group database or connected through the network, and the consistency monitoring module, the anomaly analysis module, the correction decision module and the notification module are electrically connected to each other and connected to the biometric terminal devices through the network.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1, wherein the group database is used to divide the biometric terminal devices into groups based on the location, department, floor, project, customer or permission level of the corresponding biometric terminal devices, and to establish the reference data set corresponding to each of the biometric terminal devices in the group.

3. The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1 further includes a record comparison module for comparing whether the local record of each of the biometric terminal devices is consistent with the corresponding background record.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1 further includes a question-and-answer interaction module, providing a management interface for receiving a query request and outputting system status and analysis results in response to the query request through the management interface.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 4, wherein the query request includes a natural language question and the question-and-answer interaction module receives the query request through the management interface, performs a question classification based on the natural language question in the query request, and outputs an analysis result corresponding to the question classification.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1, wherein the biometric terminal devices include fingerprint machines, face recognition machines, palm vein recognition machines, card readers, access control controllers, time attendance machines, or combined physical identity recognition devices that combine gate machines and access control boards.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1, wherein the communication module of the device and the terminal device conduct bidirectional communication data transmission through at least one of a local area network, a wide area network, a virtual private network (VPN), a mobile network, a wireless network (Wi-Fi), or an Ethernet network.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in Request 1, wherein the anomaly analysis module includes a template consistency proxy unit, a record reconciliation proxy unit, an abnormal behavior proxy unit, a retransmission judgment proxy unit, a correction suggestion proxy unit, and a question-and-answer parsing proxy unit.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 8, wherein the template consistency agent unit is used to determine whether the number, version or hash value of the biometric templates of each of the biometric terminal devices is consistent with the reference dataset of its corresponding group.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 8, wherein the abnormal behavior agent unit determines whether the abnormality has occurred based on a determination rule, the determination rule including at least one of the following options: comparison history rule, time distribution rule, repeated card swiping rule, abnormal period passage rule, device partial distortion rule, and short-term large number of failure identification rule.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 8, wherein the re-upload judgment agent unit determines whether to require the specific biometric terminal device to re-upload the record when it determines that a specific biometric terminal device has a local record but no corresponding background record, based on the device connection status, error code, temporary storage capacity and / or the most recent successful upload time.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in Request 1, wherein the control command issued by the correction decision module includes at least one of the following: requiring a specified device to re-upload records, re-download biometric templates, rebuild group index, automatically fill in the gaps after comparison, suspend writing to abnormal devices, restore to the most recent valid version, incremental synchronization, full reconstruction, or isolate the abnormal device.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 4, wherein the correction decision module displays on the management interface the item to be corrected, possible causes, suggested correction methods, and confirmation options for whether to perform the correction, so that the administrator can select to agree or refuse.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1, wherein the notification module classifies abnormal events according to risk level and notifies administrators through one or more of the following methods: background dashboard, email, SMS, mobile push, or messaging software message.

The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1, wherein each of the biometric terminal devices has an offline cache and retransmission queue, and automatically retransmits missing records or re-downloads biometric data after receiving the control command issued by the correction decision module.

16. The biometric information synchronization management system as described in claim 1, wherein the central management host is further connected to an audit recording module for recording monitoring time, discrepancy content, analysis conclusions, management personnel decision results, correction commands, and correction completion status.
